Overall, amazing boutique hotel, would stay again
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay in San Pancho. Delicious breakfast every morning, stunning grounds, clean, nice pool, good location a few blocks from the beach.

Cons:

Bed was a little firm for my taste and it was a little loud.

Great hotel with 5-star service and amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront.
Pros:

Great location, minutes to beach but away from the downtown area full of “20 something-wanderers”. Rooms are clean and sound proof and the breakfast was multi course, fruit, coffee, toast and eggs.

Cons:

The AC in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t get the temp below 24 degrees. The hot water didn’t work but you don’t really need it since it’s warm enough to shower

Pros:

The staff members Ana and Aila made our stay here extra memorable. They were both very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. The breakfasts were superb, all homemade and something different every day. The common area where it was served was also very nice and a great place to hang out throughout the day. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The pool was very refreshing and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We highly recommend Casa San Pancho and would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Great staff, great ambience, great breakfast, and excellent location and value. Book it!
Pros:

Outstanding staff, warm and friendly. Great front desk, great housekeeping, great admin support. Loved the breakfast in the beautiful wood library area overlooking the pool. Excellent location a block from downtown. Room was good sized and very comfortable.

Cons:

Nada. We had a little billing issue and admin staff worked tirelessly to resolve asap. Extremely ethical and professional.

It's a very comfortable, safe, beautiful, convenient and friendly place to enjoy time in San Pancho
Pros:

the room, the staff, the breakfast, the creative architecture of the hotel, the location
and the furnishings in the lobby and dining areas.

Cons:

Due to my traveling with two heavier checkin bags, I prefer to stay at places
that have elevators or few steps. I didn't realize they didn't have an elevator
and there were quite a few steps up and down to get to my room with my bags.
But, at their place an elevator wouldn't work well. So, I got a little exercise when
settling in and checking out.

Nice Getaway awa
Pros:

- The theming was pretty and I liked how the lobby and breakfast area looked out over the pool and the iguanas that loved to chill out
- Great location and only a couple of blocks from the beach
- The breakfast was fantastic! They make their bread and that with the homemade jam every morning was so good.

Cons:

- The bed was very hard. We still were able to sleep but we felt stiff in the morning.
- The pool was really small
