A friendly and safe place
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, great location, and easy check in. Staff was very friendly from the moment, we entered the building. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the app for pre check in. It was great to notify them that we had a service dog with us. It made the ease of check in so great.

Cons:

The hotel is starting to show its age. It seems to have been used as a Haven for out of town workers. Great use of a hotel and is very needed but may age the hotel over time.

2 separate rooms, each had TV. Nice little kitchenette. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Find a better manager that will actually do what he says he’s going to do and not screw over the customer
Cons:

I was there for four days from November 30 through December 4 and on December 3 I went to the front desk. There was a gentleman there and I asked if they had outgoing mail. He said “I am the manager. I will take care of this” so I handed him my envelope. It never got mailed because it has never reached its destination and this is the first time in eight years I have missed a payment on my credit card and the only thing different this time was I trusted your manager to mail it out, which he never did Because it has never been received and now I received a late fee penalty on my credit card, My credit score was knocked down 26 points and I am very pissed off about this. My name is Robert Johnson, you can check your cameras and you can see and hear him say I am the manager. I will take care of this and it never got taken care of.
