Pros:

Location

Cons:

Issues like microwave not working wasn’t addressed the whole weekend! There was not an attendant at the front desk the entire weekend. No housekeeping daily, and we were all told to bring dirty towels to be replaced and that never happened! Would not recommend this hotel

I probably would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location is hard to get to. It does not have "direct street" access. There is not a staff member on duty at the reception desk. You have to make a call to request assistance. After I called, I had to still wait 20 minutes before anyone showed up to help me. The hotel looks new on the outside, but the inside looks worn and out of date. The shower head was messed up and it was tricky getting in and out of the shower without slipping. There were "questionable" people loitering in the hall and I could hear people arguing. The rooms are cold, not welcoming. When I travel, I usually do not eat the hotel breakfast, however; they did not even have coffee or juice.

Cons:

Someone needs to be at the desk at all times. I should not of had to wait to be greeted. The rooms need to look better. It is like walking into a vacant apartment. Cold and empty. The owner needs to pay more attention to the activities at the hotel. I was traveling alone, and I am not someone that is insecure with my personal safety, but I did not feel like I was in the best location. People were arguing and there was not staff. It reminded me more of an extended stay location, then someplace that families, or individuals, can relax and enjoy their stay.
