Pros:

Gostei muito da estrutura do hotel, principalmente do estacionamento. Como viajo com uma Renault Master, nem sempre consigo entrar em garagens por causa da altura do veículo, e aqui não tive esse problema. Outro ponto positivo é a excelente localização, próxima ao shopping, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, o quarto apresentou um pouco de umidade e as cortinas tinham sinais de bolor, possivelmente pela falta de incidência de sol nesse lado do prédio. Além disso, acredito que tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar poderiam oferecer um pouco mais de variedade.

Ótima opção para quem vai à trabalho à Caxias do Sul.
Pros:

Equipe extremamente educada e acessível a qualquer hora do dia e da noite. Quarto com tamanho bom, banheiro também bom. Espaço no térreo muito bom para trabalhar à tarde.

Cons:

Moça da limpeza de quarto não passou em um dos dias. Cobertores poderiam ser mais novos e quentes/grossos.

O chuveiro foi o melhor de tudo: quente e forte. Fomos no inverno, quarto quente, cheiroso, camas maravilhosas... café muito bom.

O café da manhã é bom, o hotel é ok.

Cons:

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, o quarto tinha vários pontos de mofo. As toalhas não eram boas, estavam rasgadas, só colocaram uma toalha para duas pessoas e quando fomos solicitar mais toalhas pegamos a última.
