Also, if your room is ready, and it’s only an hour before check in, why do they need to charge $25 for an early check in

Have stayed here before. Location was fine.

Cons:

The mattress was TERRIBLE! My queen bed felt like you were falling in a whole on one side and that your feet were higher than your head. I ended up sleeping with my head and the foot end of the bed to be most comfortable. And the pillows were bad also.

Great place to stay close to Scottsbluff monument
Pros:

Rooms were well maintained and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Hotel is in a calm neighborhood.

You get what you pay for. Inexpensive, old and basic accommodations.
Pros:

It was next door to the event venue.

Cons:

It is an older hotel, could use some updates. Fridge froze my food. No one at front desk unless you call them. I only stayed two nights. It was inexpensive, close to the event venue, food is ok, might explore other options next time.

Goede bedden, redelijk ontbijt. Prima receptie.

Cons:

Bed was bij aankomst niet verschoond, rook naar iemand anders. Na melding bij de receptie hebben ze dat is netjes gecorrigeerd.

Clean and affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well. This is our second time staying here and both experiences have been nice.

Overpriced and underwhelming.
Pros:

The girl at the front desk was very sweet.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were informed that the property had only captured “half” the charge and that we’d see two charges on our bill. No, they had all of it. They were trying to charge us $300 for a room I had confirmed for $157. They did refund $137. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. The AC unit was loud, even when the fan wasn’t blowing. It was loudER when it was. We didn’t get any sleep.

I stay here annually and love the care of staff and friendly atmosphere.
