Pros:

God frukost, dom gjorde äggröra med bacon efterbeställning. Riktig hemmakänsla, mycket centralt kommer att komma tillbaka

Gem of a hotel in the heart of Palma.
Pros:

Hotel San Lorenzo was ideal for sightseeing Palma, right in the heart of the Historic Centre. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was only a coffee machine in our room, we would have preferred a kettle and teabags, apart from that it was lovely.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt für uns 4 Damen aus Deutschland, Schweiz und USA.
Pros:

Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl an Früchten und Müslivariationen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut um zu Fuss die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch abends sehr gut um die Lokale zu geniessen.

Super Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich mit modernem Bad. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Exzellente Lage. Besser hätte es nicht sein können.

Zentral für einen Citytrip im Frühling

Das Hotel liegt gut. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 1) war gross - ebenso das Bad und die Toilette. Unser Zimmer war recht hell, zum Pool hin mit einem kleinen Balkon. Ich schätze, die Zimmer unter uns sind bei weitem nicht so hell.

Cons:

Ich fand schade, dass es keinen Wasserkocher hat und dass das Wasser nicht nachgefüllt wird. Es hatte zu Anfang keine Pantoffeln - wir mussten diese nachfragen. Insgesamt hatten wir in den drei Tagen eigentlich kaum Kontakt zu den Hotelangestellten.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were very communicative, and our room was spacious and very clean. We had one bathroom with a shower and another separate bathroom with a bathtub, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

It would be a nice addition if the property provided room slippers, as the tiles were quite cold to walk on barefoot. :)

Wonderful stay in the heart of Palma
Pros:

The ambience which was very friendly and relaxing. The breakfast was exceptional. Location is unbeatable. Several nearby restaurants serving excellent food. A charming stay.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of the old town.
Beautiful building
Breakfast buffet with lovely fruit, yoghurt eggs made to order and selection of cheese, cold meat etc
Lovely outdoor area at the pool to sit and relax
Very quiet despite the central location

Cons:

Some steep stairs up to our level but had a back door we could use to get to the street which was perfect.
Pool was closed in February.

My partner has Copd and asked for low floor room as no lift but got put on top floor last room so wasn’t good so a struggle getting up all the stairs

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es war alles sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl von allem. Die Zimmer sind herzlich & sauber. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was amazing and the location very good.

The location and charm of the room.
The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Minor issues. One day we had our room cleaned, the next day we didn’t. Not sure why? It would take several minutes to get some hot water in the morning.
