Det tog en bra stund innan varmvattnet kom ut ur duschen. Vi bodde i rum nr 8. Bör kollas upp.

The location is fantastic. A lovely pool & pool area. Breakfast was very good.
Very comfortable beds.
Slightly quirky. Teabags left, no kettle to get hot water, no teaspoons. No shampoo.
Tiny little things however would make a big difference.
Staff are helpful, not necessarily very efficient. There appears to be lots of different staff on different days.

Top-Lage und aufgrund der wenigen Zimmer sehr privates Ambiente. Größtenteils sehr nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter.
Gleich beim Reingehen ins Zimmer Strom-Probleme, Safe funktionierte nicht, warmes Wasser erst, nachdem man mit dem Duschen fertig war. Möglichkeit war, dass man das Wasser laufen ließ, bis es warm war und dann erst duschte, was natürlich eine immense Wasserverschwendung bedeutet und somit auch der Wahnsinn ist! Pool nicht beheizt.
Da wir bereits um 06:30 Uhr abreisen mussten, bekamen wir am letzten Tag kein Frühstück! Hotel würde von uns keine 4 Sterne bekommen!
Great location and lovely building. Breakfast very nice and very chill area to sit out by the pool.
The A/C wasn't working and can only be put onto cooling mode when the Owner says so - room was stuffy because of this.

Charming building - old school quality
Couldn't manage to turn one wall light and one bedside off (Rm3) - the two seemed to have some sort of trickle charge even when the switch was off. Took the bulbs out!
Hot water a little unpredictable
The ventilation had not swapped from winter hot air to summer AC when we asked. It was 26 degrees so not a major issue and the reception immediately sorted a fan for us

Kleines, aber feines Hotel in guter zentraler Lage. Ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet.
Früh morgens kein warmes Wasser im Bad. Nachts etwas laut zur Strasse hin durch Feiern von jugendlichen auf der Strasse.

A really beautiful hotel right in the centre of Palma. It was perfect for our few nights in the city. Our room was massive, high ceilings, and full of charm. Outdoor area was stunning and very relaxing. Breakfasts were really nice and varied (A special shoutout to the staff who run the breakfasts - you are fantastic!).
The property is beautifully traditionally Mallorcan.
The positioning is absolutely ideal for exploring the city of Palma.
The rooms are designed perfectly.
The food was excellent, and a bonus at breakfast was a cooked option.
The pool area was relaxing and a highlight after a day walking and exploring the city.
