Location was very near the coast, most of the staff were very helpful and working really hard. The room rate was the lowest in the area and if you just want a base then it is perfect.
The property needs a full refit, the staff are doing their best to keep an aging building, in need of lots of repairs, open and welcoming. If you want to spend time on site then it isn’t the right place for you. Public areas have had a few refurbishment it appears but the picture of the bathroom on booking.com is of the toilets in the bar area. The actual bathroom have broken snd missing items.

The Bathroom photo was completely different to what i got and certainly was not modern.
Decor was in a poor state.
The room was good - if any criticism it would be the size of the shower. Rooms were a little dated but it was a 3 star hotel.
Could have done with a little more variation each day regarding the fried breakfast. The size of the shower. Also the toilet didn't flush very well and the macerator was a bit of a put off.

Only stayed one night but happy with the clean bedding and towels.
No plug by bed
Smell of smoke in front facing room, smoking area maybe needed outside?
The location was good close to Carry Park. 10 minute drive to the seafront so very handy.
It was on the top floor too many stairs and it took forever hotel had no carpark do rubbish and very difficult to park on the road
No problems, literally just left the night. Didn’t really speak to any of the staff either.
I liked the area near the hotel and the attractions that could be visited.
The beds had wheels attached to the legs, so I spent the whole night rolling around the room.
