Love it.
Pros:

Stayed in the hotel few times. Price is good, close to the sea, live music, a lot space, bar and drinks, very friendly staff.
Seating inside and outside.
Very good overall.

Cons:

I don't really see anything what could be better. It meets all the basics what needs to be so nothing really.

No expectations- no disappointments.
Pros:

Super location.

Cons:

No hooks or bars for wet towels, only two sockets on the wall - one for TV, another for kettle. Needed something to unplug to charge the gadgets. TV on table, kettle with tray and cups on table as well.

Basic accommodation in a very dated setting. Unpleasant smell throughout the communal areas.

Cons:

Lift out of order. Navigating the hotel with a newborn in a push chair was extremely difficult due to narrow passage ways and steep stairs.

Babbacombe location was good, hotel a bit big and confusing finding rooms.
Pros:

Good location.
Pleasant outdoor space with resident cat.

Cons:

The fire doors made finding our rooms difficult, and each others.
Noisy nearby occupants on Saturday night.
Outside motor noise until the early hours on Sunday night.

Dirty and tired hotel. Didn’t appear that the hotel was cleaned during my 4 night stop or that it had been decorated in the last 30 years

Dissapointing

Close to the beach and local shops

Cons:

Very dated room,very stuffy as there was only one window, view was lousy,bathroom was the best bit very clean and shower hot, no parking on hotel property only on main road, it was a roulette to see if you could park near the hotel, not good as my wife has knee problem.
