Not exactly how the pictures show
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and room was good for a family of 5.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated, rooms air-conditioning and ventilation poor, mouldy smell in the room and bathroom. In room facilities very old and furniture also old.

It was okay for the price
Pros:

Not too busy and the location is good

Cons:

The room facility like iron and the iron board, the shampoo and shower gel dispenser, besides the coffee and tea were not available in ther room. They had to be requested instead a standard items for a hotel room.

Location: bedroom was OK. TV outdated with no Netflix

Cons:

Checking process: staff could work a bit more and fill out the forms themselves; also, very passive-aggressive. You should make customers feel welcome.

They have a coffee shop where they serve breakfast, but you can't have a proper coffee, cappuccino or caramel macchiato. Just brewed coffee. Also, the breakfast very poor for the price they charge. Not even option to have a juice.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were accommodating.

Cons:

The TV was not working in our room. We had nothing else to do while we were in the room. A staff came by checked the tv and said he will check and get back to is but he never returned.

3 stars. sorry. if not because of the bathroom, I should give 5.
Pros:

The room was nice and it's exceptionally big. 2 single bed and 1 king bed are perfectly positioned and the area in between is still wide. The sheets smell good too.

Cons:

The bathroom. The tiles are outdated and the grout in between are dirty. The shower head is damaged.
