Splendid!
Pros:

We booked a family room for 4 and compared to other hotels, the room was big and comfy. Airconditioning, water heater and wifi were functioning. There was a heated lap pool and kiddie pool, although we werent able to swim. Buffet breakfast food was good. We spedically enjoyed the KTV at the 2nd floor and the food they served. The hotel location is excellent, very convenient, accessible to almost all the top restaurants, Sky Ranch and go to destinations in Tagaytay.. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll come back.

Very relaxing atmosphere and excellent service
Pros:

I really like the smell of the lobby as soon as you enter, it was very comforting and smells clean all the time. The room was big and has 4 beds which accommodate our family size. It has good functioning air-conditioning that provides comfort during our stay. The service was excellent and the staff were all polite and attentive to all our needs. Our rooms were always tidy and clean with fresh towels and refilled coffee and water each day, which makes it so nice to come back to and just relax after a day filled of exploring the area. The breakfast has varieties and taste good.

Cons:

The pool is too deep and not that accessible for other elders to use. The shower head was broken, but still functioning. The hotel has no actual stairs, or I just did not see one? There was only a fire exit, but no way to get down on the lower ground during emergency as each door has no handles to go back inside.

Very impressed, Wonderful stays. Very clean , staff are all friendly, very polite and courteous.
Pros:

Room is very good, clean and staff are very helpful, Breakfast is superb, Pool is vey clean, having a heated pool is added bonus. our whole stay is wonderful April 08-13, 2026. we celebrate our sons 23rd birthday in one of the function room, we are very satisfied, the staff prepared the function room and the food was excellent. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our stays and planning to book again when we come back next year.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The surroundings and room was clean. From guard to all the staff were very friendly courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom is clean but looks like it is not, they need to regroute their bathroom. Not so many choices for the buffet for breakfast. The fruits were not fresh.

В отеле в качестве комплимента гостям раздают фрукты, однако данная услуга предоставляется выборочно, в зависимости от настроения персонала или иных субъективных факторов, что свидетельствует о неравном отношении к гостям.
Номера требуют ремонта, обстановка устаревшая. В частности, в номере предусмотрена только одна прикроватная тумба вместо двух, что создает неудобства для проживания. В номере №505 имеется балкон, однако около 80% вида составляет крыша, что не соответствует ожиданиям от заявленного балкона.
Дверь в ванную комнату не закрывается на замок. Кроме того, полка для шампуня и мыла в душевой зоне расположена крайне неудобно (на расстоянии примерно 1–2 метра).
В номере отсутствует мини-бар, при этом взимается депозит в размере 1000 бат, что представляется необоснованным.
Завтрак не соответствует формату «шведский стол», а предоставляется по меню, что ограничивает выбор гостей.
В день выезда персонал начинает беспокоить гостей уже с 11:00, несмотря на установленное время выезда в 12:00, что нарушает право гостей на полноценное использование оплаченного времени проживания.
