Great service, facilities and food

The airconditioning unit in our room was dripping water and had to be fixed twice. The second room booked for my parents had noticeable wall damage below the glass panel outside the shower area. It did not look like structural damage but was enough to cause initial concern

The ₱300 charge for a small blood stain was understandable, but I felt embarrassed when it was mentioned at the front desk. It would have been better to handle this privately and discreetly.
We booked two rooms on different floors, but the key cards could only access the assigned floor. Since we were one family group of 7, it was inconvenient to meet at the lobby whenever we needed to visit each other's rooms.
The hotel was extremely quiet during our stay and felt a little lonely. Some soft ambient music or jazz in the common areas could make the atmosphere warmer and more welcoming.
The location is good, near SkyRanch and along the main road. The staff are very accommodating. Has a spacious parking area. We even enjoyed dipping in the pool while its raining due to Habagat.
