The surroundings and room was clean. From guard to all the staff were very friendly courteous and helpful.
Bathroom is clean but looks like it is not, they need to regroute their bathroom. Not so many choices for the buffet for breakfast. The fruits were not fresh.
Your staffs are your number 1 treasure, continue taking care of them.
Ps fix ur shampoo, soap snd lotion supply. Basic needs.
The hotel staff are charming and hospitable. The vast foyer/lounge and reception area are very welcoming and beautifully arranged. The grounds are well kept and the hotel felt secure as there is a guard on duty at a gate house all the time. The room was a good size with a balcony at the front. There is an on-site cafe-restaurant who also provide room service.
The rooms are tired and beyond needing an upgrade. The furniture is worn and fraying and gives quite a different impression from the reception area.
My balcony was at the front of the hotel and I was woken on my first morning by construction work going on outside my bedroom window.
The biggest problem was the en-suite bathroom. Again, while it may have once been luxurious, now well past its sell-by date. The towels were very worn, thin and fraying. The extraction system was noisy and totally ineffective. The smell from the drains and/or the extraction vent was unbearable (actually nauseating.) if switched on it was less noticeable, but if switched off, the smell built up. As there was a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom, it wasn’t possible to leave the extraction on all night as it was controlled by the light switch, so impossible (for me) to sleep with light on.
The food in the cafe was not great. I’d advise not paying for breakfast and eating elsewhere (there are options within walking distance.)
I was due to return to this hotel but I cancelled my second stay and moved elsewhere. It took 2 weeks for the hotel to refund me, but eventually they did.
Good Location. Smells nice in the lobby. A lot of staff to assist the guests.
Bathroom Cleaning. Grime & Molds visible on grouts. And shower knobs.

Clean property, staff are ok except in the breakfast buffet it takes time to cook the omelette. The breakfast buffet is is ok but not that yummy.
The childs’s pool no heater.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff were all accommodating and nice.
Only thing I would suggest is to update all the towels.
The staff were all very respectful and too nice.
The room given to us had construction view, right in front of our room although there was no work happening.,
Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Efficient laundry service. Good breakfast choices . Alert security team
Tired infrastructure - needs a make over.
The breakfast served was Filipino style. This is a plus for us, as we are longing to experience this type of breakfast, given that we are with some non-Filipinos in our group.
There should be a convenience store to buy some necessities like water, chocolates, chips, etc. As the restaurant is not available after some time in the evening.
