the front desk was not friendly, they do not call me in the morning... no wake up service working... not attention for that... i alwas miis my flight back...
they offer a transportation for the airport... but the van was not there and no time schedule for the next one...
the coffe is already clesed but some fruits and biscuits are over the table... but not confortable...at all
unfortunately was not a good experience...
The airport shuttle driver was waiting for me when I came out from baggage claim. Room was nice and cool. I enjoyed the breakfast

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel between flights because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus. The room and breakfast were fine, but the hotel was a big failure in terms of the main reason for staying there.
We emailed the hotel several times to get information about the shuttle, but received no reply. We had no idea where to find the shuttle at the airport nor its schedule. As a result we ended up paying for a possibly over-priced taxi.
We did arrange to take the shuttle back to the airport the next day, but it left a half hour late. The hotel desk person apologized, but the stated reason of heavy traffic was not evident to us. Fortunately, we had built in enough time that it did not make us late for our flight.
The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good with helpful staff in the breakfast area during my short stay

It did the job, but the shuttle to the hotel is not frequent enough to justify the price
Mala experiencia desde la recepcion que entegaron una habitación que no era la reservada y encima estaba sucia. El acceso entre pisos por escaleras , muy incomodo si vas con maleta grande. Cerca al aeropuerto pero no vale la pena y es mejor trasladarse a hoteles mas centricos.
