Okay stay for just me but I won’t be taking my family to stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the rooms were nice and spacious.

Cons:

My room didn’t have air conditioning and a mirror fell in the room but the maintenance wanted nothing to do about getting the mirror. Cleaning lady stepped around the glass to exchange towels.

I don’t like making a fuss of things but this place was unclean and ridiculous to deal with, I should have photographed.

I reserved a king room along with a sofa bed for my young child. I inspected the room as soon as we got in there and found there to be what I believed was the remains of a bed bug after they’re full and release a black liquid which is old blood. The Mattress had black specks all over the bottom. I didn’t photograph, I just told them about it and left as I wanted my family and stuff out of there because I can’t afford to take home bed bugs. I called booking twice about the refund and ended up being told to call the hotel. The manager instantly started throwing a fit at me whenever I told her the issue after I waited 48 hours as told by the booking.com twice. So I don’t have a refund and still had to fish out money for another room that night.

Girls trip 2026
Pros:

Everyone was friendly. The room was spacious, clean and smelled good. The pool and hot tub were fun as well. Breakfast every morning was wonderful also.

Cons:

The dispensers in the shower. I have severe arthritis and had a hard time squeezing them to get shampoo out.
