Overall the stay was one of the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel.
Pros:

The pool area was nice if you have little’s however they only allow you do swim the day you check in not the day you check out.

Cons:

The staff lied when asked why my floor was so hot. They did not inform me of the correct pool hours when I booked my stay. The manager was extremely rude and careless when I expressed discomfort and even told me I could leave her hotel at 8am after I had previously been granted a late check out by the night shift. The night shift also told me my children could swim in the morning since there was confusion in pool hours, the manager also denied that and threaten to call the police when I told her I intended to leave a bad review. My bed sheets also had blood stains on them, the towels smelt like they had been left in the wash for a long time before being dried and caused my face to burn and itch when used.

Never was able to connect to wifi, even with staff help. Breakfast bad,. Bad coffee. No sliced fruit or yogurt choices. Bathroom floor not clean.
