Not a great end to our family vacation and severely disappointing
Pros:

The location felt pretty safe and was close to a lot of restaurants and the highway. The staff at the desk was friendly.

Cons:

When we got to our room, the AC was blasting which was ok but it was kind of musty smelling in there. Which was fine because there’s a ceiling fan we thought we could turn on the circulate air, but it didn’t work... frustrating but not a huge deal. Then we went to restroom and there’s a crack in the ceiling above the shower. Nothing crazy just not really wanting to see that. Went to wash hands and there’s very little water pressure…. Really trying to stay positive at this point so my husband and I get our kids ready for the pool and go out around 7:30 and it’s a PURE ICE BATH. It’s dirty and unbearable to dip a toe in. There was a hot tub but I’m not the kind of person to take my kids in there when other people are in there. Waited an hour and of course everyone had the same idea for the hot tub so we skipped it and went to watch tv instead. Got back to the room and adjusted the ac again and this time when it was on it was making the room smell wet. I went to lay down and there’s 3 small flattened pillows with a funky old laundry smell to use. Yay. Next morning I go to shower and the water pressure was manageable in the shower but the shampoo made my hair feel tacky. Fine whatever I’m past the point of surprise. Then we go to breakfast and it was the wrist hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The sausage was cold the potato’s were soggy and the eggs were plastic. I tried making a waffle and it was sour, like maybe the batter was bad. I took a few oranges and checked out. What was supposed to be the last night of fun for our family vacation was unfortunately a long string of disappointment.

Pros:

We stop here every time we go to Santa Fe. Easy on and off of the highway. Costco close by and we always fill up with gas.
