Emplacement assez proche du CBD, le petit déjeuner compris dans le séjour

La chambre 2 où nous avons loger avait une forte odeur d’humidité nous avons dû allumer la Clim et ouvrir la fenêtre toute la nuit car pas trop agréable à respirer, l’isolation n’est pas très bonne nous entendions la conversation de nos voisins jusqu’à 00h00-1h, la stationnement pour le véhicule dans la rue n’est gratuit que pour 2heures, un parking est proposé par l’établissement mais payant à 30$ ce que nous trouvons dommage qu’il ne soit pas mis à disposition avec la réservation

Lovely old-world charm. Garden Suite offers extra space + privacy. Great price. Helpful staff.

One of the best self-checkin systems I've come across.
Easy to contact when I needed a last-minute adjustment.Very helpful.
Room was simple, but comfortable and tasteful. Lovely Soft extra blanket.
Good shower with pleasant shower gel. Ample breakfast choices. Fresh milk provided in the shared kitchen.
Good-sized outdoor courtyard was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Sloping floor, while subtle, felt odd. No handtowel, or spare towels.
Double bed is really best for guests under 6ft tall.

It was in a quiet location and the aircon worked well.

Cons:

I arrived at 7.30pm in the dark as a solo female traveller, only to realise I hadn’t been provided with a pin to access the key. I pressed the doorbell (no response), then called the property (no response), then called the emergency mobile number (no response). It took around 30 minutes by the time I was contacted by the property and provided details to get the key. Their only explanation was “it had been a busy day”, but it was an extremely stressful experience as you would expect to be able to access the accommodation you paid money for.

There was another traveller who also told me they hadn’t received the pin to get in, but they had arrived when the cleaning staff were there who let them in. I would not recommend arriving at night at this property.

The room smelled really bad like sweat and it was also dirty with grimy surfaces that were sticky. See picture of nail clipping on floor for reference.
