No one at checking for 45 mins then said room was not ready although it was 17:00.
Room basic but bed comfortable.Told to use 2.4 WiFi connection but was not stable so used 5G and that worked well same password for both.

Good affordable accommodation close to airport and beach, friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, location was good! Friendly staff.

no one is working in reception, mosque next door screaming out allah all evening

I stayed here for the last three days of a two week tour of Thailand. It's conveniently located 10 mins from airport (200 BHT) but you wouldn't guess by all the lovely beaches just walking distance from the hotel. The resident driver, Kitte, speaks very good English and seemed to available for any jaunts I wanted to take. The room is very basic, but comfortable, clean,great WiFi, with an A/C cold as a meat locker. Markets, high end hotels, even an outdoor market on Wed. nights all in walking distance. I would highly recommend to travelers who don't require room service. You can't go wrong with price of this little gem.

Var mycket trevligt att bo här. Trevlig personal. Det som drar ner på det var trafikbuller, men det berodde på att det var ett vägbygge på huvudvägen. Så det blir nog bättre nästa gång.

Super séjour à Phuket dans ce guesthouse, les gérants sont géniaux, les bungalows sont propres et fonctionnels, je recommande cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Vi skulle flyga från phukets flygplats och ville bo i närheten någon natt innan så vi bokade Naiyang Cottage och jag har absolut inget negativt att säga! Rummet var otroligt fräsch och stort för priset, både luftkonditionering och fläkt, helt ny tv, fräsch toalett med varmvatten, kylskåp och gratis vatten på flaska. Rummet hade även en liten "altan" där man kunde sitta. En liten bit från stranden men gick att gå dit och tillbaka. Personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpte oss med transfer till flygplatsen den dag vi skulle åka.

Hôtel très basique juste pour passer une nuit pour être proche de l'aéroport. Douche chaude, wifi gratuit.

It was comfortable but the price a little high if you could get it for 15 or less then it's worth it.

Bad smells, dirty sheet and room. Very expensive for what it is.

We stayed at Naiyang for 2 nights after we had landed to phuket's airport. Room was ok, very average, not very stylish but it had a bed and shower so it was ok. In bathroom there was few bugs but they disappered after 1 night. AC and fan was ok, TV old but it worked very well!

It was weird that when we arrived in the evening to the guest house, took a while that we found member of staff there. And after that, whole time there, when we needed something, we didn't find anyone, or they were sleeping. Staff was friendly and nice (when we saw them, usually in the mornings) but they should have like bell or something to ring at the counter if guests need something :)
