Cette vue magnifique sur la mer et les magnifiques couchés de soleil. L'emplacement est central à quelques minutes de tous les points d'intérêts comme les centres commerciaux, supermarchés, plage, ...
Les chambres sont spacieuses et méritent d'être qualifié de très propre.
Parfois, on est dérangé par le bruit.

Tobula vieta su vaizdu į įlankas, prieplaukas, malūnus. Apartamentai nustebino švara ir patogumais - viskas gerai apgalvota, išdėstyta. Virtuvėje yra viskas, ko reikia gaminimui ir stalo serviravimui. Indaplovė, kapsulinis kavos aparatas, skalbyklė, lovos ypatingai patogios - didelis komfortas visur. Patalynė, rankšluoščiai švarūs, nenudėvėti. Kieme yra baseinas, gultai. Mašinai visada yra parkingo vieta. Patogu pasiekti miesto centrą, senamiestį net pėstute. Netoli maisto prekių parduotuvė BIM. Personalas mandagus, rūpinasi gyventojų ramybe ir poilsiu visą parą. Kaina tikrai labai priimtina. Rekomenduoju visiems - ir šeimoms, ir pavieniams keliautojams. ❤️

La localisation est très calme, en dehors du centre ville.

L'appartement que nous avions n'avait aucune vue ce qui est plutôt trompeur par rapport aux photos du site.
L'entretien est assez moyen, notamment le canapé mériterait d'être changé.
La connexion internet est pénible à obtenir. Heureusement le personnel de l'accueil nous a bien aidé.

Located on the main road to Guembet, it's like living on a highway. In addition, the road up to the windmills is opposite the property with motorbikes roaring up the hill. The week ends are the worst
Cleaning is very superficial. Clearly no supervision of cleaning ladies in place!
Broken light bulbs, leaking shower, leaking water heater.
The constant noise of renovations gave us 3 more or less peacefully days in a 3 week stay.
Without own transport verydifficult and expensive . Far away from everything. Minimum Half hour walk up a steap hill. Gumbet has nothing to offer..

The roads and hills around the location made it very difficult to get around on foot or bike which is how I get around on holidays
Lovely apartment on top of the hill with the windmills. Close to everything but far enough away to relax and enjoy Bodrum

Just perfect! Well equipped, modern and very clean apartment. Had asked for a sea view and what a beautiful view. Wi-fi was great connection, and have nothing bad to say about my staff or the Residence. Staff in front office were welcoming and more than happy to help with any request. Only down side .. it's at the top of a VERY steep hill. I'm a fit person but even I found it a challenge .. goodness knows what it would be like walking up that in the heat of August, rather than March. Other than that .. would recommend this property without question.
Nothing really. The only downside if I was to find one would be the location .. whilst ideally located for shops and the beach it's located at the top of a VERY steep hill.
