Correct
Pros:

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec notamment le nécessaire pour manger.
La localisation est très calme, en dehors du centre ville.
Bonne literie.

Cons:

L'appartement que nous avions n'avait aucune vue ce qui est plutôt trompeur par rapport aux photos du site.
L'entretien est assez moyen, notamment le canapé mériterait d'être changé.
La connexion internet est pénible à obtenir. Heureusement le personnel de l'accueil nous a bien aidé.

Cons:

Located on the main road to Guembet, it's like living on a highway. In addition, the road up to the windmills is opposite the property with motorbikes roaring up the hill. The week ends are the worst
Cleaning is very superficial. Clearly no supervision of cleaning ladies in place!
Broken light bulbs, leaking shower, leaking water heater.
The constant noise of renovations gave us 3 more or less peacefully days in a 3 week stay.
Without own transport verydifficult and expensive . Far away from everything. Minimum Half hour walk up a steap hill. Gumbet has nothing to offer..

The staff were so helpful and obliging couldn't say enough about them peak attitude couldn't do enough for ya

Cons:

The roads and hills around the location made it very difficult to get around on foot or bike which is how I get around on holidays

Pros:

Just perfect! Well equipped, modern and very clean apartment. Had asked for a sea view and what a beautiful view. Wi-fi was great connection, and have nothing bad to say about my staff or the Residence. Staff in front office were welcoming and more than happy to help with any request. Only down side .. it's at the top of a VERY steep hill. I'm a fit person but even I found it a challenge .. goodness knows what it would be like walking up that in the heat of August, rather than March. Other than that .. would recommend this property without question.

Cons:

Nothing really. The only downside if I was to find one would be the location .. whilst ideally located for shops and the beach it's located at the top of a VERY steep hill.

Pros:

入住前，看见有些评论说不太干净，但我们入住的那个房间非常干净，而且阳台可以俯瞰整个海湾。只是当天晚上飘雨，没能在阳台待太久。最棒的是，大门处有24小时前台，不像其他民宿，这里其实是一家很像民宿的酒店。停车位充足，开车到市中心（城堡）只要7分钟。

Excellent value for money accommodation close to Bodrum city center.
Pros:

Excellent location as it is close to Bodrum City center. Accommodation was very good for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. View was very good as we got see view balcony. Facility has washing machine and Dishwasher which is very good. Taxi stand is just 50 meters.

Cons:

Basic stuffs like Tissue Paper, Sugar , tea bags are missing in the kitchen. Swimming pool is outdoor and not heated, so if you are visiting in winter it cannot be used.
