Det var spännande

They gave me a small room asked multiple times for bigger room. They kept telling me tomorrow after my few days were over I checked into a better hotel.

The property was very dirty, small and extreme smell of uncleaned items. No air-conditioning at all, no windows to open, the breakfast was not great, cups were not cleaned. I've never ever thought a hotel like this, please do NOT deceive people. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, when I spoke with reception they said they've a general air condition issues. I'd like to process a formal complaint and would like to receive fully refund.

Genel olarak temizlik iyi değildi tuvallete kıl saç vardı çöpler pis çöp kovaları kırık duş yerinin camları pislik içinde ayna bile silinmemiş daha önceki konaklamadan kalan kullanılmış yarım sabunlar ws vardı insanlar Güler yüzlü fakat yabancı kalan saysı fazlaydı Suriyeliler doldurmuş oteli otelin konumu mahallesi aşırı derecede pis pek tekin yer değil aile için ve çiftler için uygun değil benim görüşümce fiyatı uygun fakat biraz daha fazla verip temiz bir yerde kalın derim ben yataklar ws bunlar da pis di otel gecelik aciliyetten iş görüp çıkmaya uygun sadece benim görüşüm

I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. There is no TV, no air conditioning, no parking. The place is not suitable for travelers

Ingen rengjøring av rom ,dårlig mat ,ikke kaffe etter frokost ,ingen morgenkåpe som står i reklame ,ingen mini bar,men ett stort pluss forvbeliggenher

Really good location , stayed here for a week with my parents and the hotel staff and owner was fantastic
The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk to the amazing blue mosque and topcapi museum
There are so many shops around the hotel you don't need to go anywhere else . You don't need a taxi as everything is walkable this area is for the locals so prices are amazing did not like the grand bazaar all over priced for tourist where as the hotel area kumkapi is not over priced is all for the local people yes it is noisy etc but what do you expect when you are in the middle of everything good food fruit drinks around
We got a taxi from Istanbul airport to the hotel which was so easy 40 minutes and it was only £30 would recommend this hotel even used there spa and have a massage which was the best I have ever had really looked after us and we felt so safe there as 24 hours so one was at reception also helped us with out luggage so nothing bad at all

Bath lamp damaged, towels with holes, i didn´t received information about the breakfast.

Was the worst experience in all my life, I can’t recommended this hotel, bad rooms, very rude “owner” very bad food, very dirty in 3 night they didn’t do the cleaning service and when we ask they was so rude. we change to other hotel for the same price with excellent rooms and very good location

Personnel très gentil et disponible , bons conseils et aide pour les endroits à visiter.L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du métro, du grand bazar , du Bosphore...
J’étais seule avec ma fille de 13ans et aucun souci même le soir on peut sortir manger très tard en toute sécurité ...

Third class hotel ,i booked double room but i got single room ,broken shower ,bad matters ,staff look like drug dealer ,very bad smell in hotel ,dirty area ,i paid for 3 night but stayed 1 night there ,horriable place

Sur og delvis uforskammet betjening. Første som møtte oss på rommet var veggdyr på sengen. Da vi gjorde betjeningen oppmerksom på dette og ytret ønske om skifte av rom eller rengjøring, ble vi bedt om å forlate hotellet hvis vi ikke var fornøyd. Da dette var sent på kveld var det dessverre ikke et alternativ for oss. Betaling skulle de ha på forskudd og i kontanter. Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 dager. Rommene ble ikke rengjort mens vi var der, søppel ikke hentet, håndklær ikke skiftet. Håndklærne, som en gang hadde vært hvite, var nå mer grå og veldig slitt. Skader og mangler på rommene ble ikke reparert, selv om det burde være både enkelt og billig å reparere mange av dem. Virket som om betjeningen/eierne så på gjestene som et nødvendig onde.

Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisesti kaiken nähtävyyksien lähellä - mutta hankalasti jyrkimmän mäen juurella.

Hotellin henkilökunta on erittäin kohtelias ja pyrki tekemään vierailusta mukavan mutta valitettavasti hotellin siisteys ja yleiskunto on sen verran huono, etten voisi suositella tätä muuta, kuin pakolliseksi yhden-kahden päivän yöpyvälle.
