Excellent séjour - la chambre dortoir est très bien pour une famille ou pour une nuit économique dans le meilleur quartier de Jerusalem à proximité du King David - immédiate proximité de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner est par contre moyen

Camere grandi per famiglie con letti a castello, bagno grande. Pulizia in camera da migliorare. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla porta di Jaffa. Reception sempre presente e cortese. Colazione insufficiente.

Check in was fine, nice gal at the desk showed us a map and took he time to explain how to get around.

Upon return the desk and security were not friendly. The room was dirty. The carpet was very old and tile in bathroom gross. The TV did not work. We asked for our beds to be split and bedding for them, as requested on the reservation. The staff showed up and asked again what we needed. He returned and made the bed. The beds do not have mattress covers on them. I have never seen this in a hotel. The floor between our now split beds was filthy.

There was an organized party going on when we came in at 1030pm. We called the desk and were told it would end at 11. It continued on until midnight. We were denied a room change stating they were full. (Sure did not appear full).
After the loud music and party ended, the clean up and moving of large loud items continued until about 2am.

The hotel rooms were 1 step above the hostel rooms at the other end of the floor

Best part of property is was access to the old city. Worst aspects was air not working and constant noise: place frequently hosted hundreds of kids and teenagers the few days we were there.

You need/ should clearly mention that this place is a type of youth hostel!!!

Selve værelset og hotellet var rimelig kedeligt. Der er dog ikke noget at klage på, alt fungerde godt og var i orden, men det savner lidt hygge. Vi var dog glade for tagterrassen, som vi benyttede meget og havde næsten for os selv. Beliggenhed er fin i forhold til den gamle bydel. Vi var en familie på 5.

Der Ort liegt perfekt. Die Anlage wird nicht gut gereinigt und der Esssaal sah auch schon besser aus. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Angestellte.

Gut gelegen. Parkplatz ca. in 300m verfügbar gegen angemessenen Entgelt. Personal am Empfang freundlich ansonsten eine absolute Katastrophe und nicht gemäss Bilder! Sehr sehr schmutzig!!!

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. I would prefer to have parking included but there is plenty city parking around and a parking garage.

Great location. Disappointing room. Dirty breakfast. Shame.

The room was never cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed. The halls were very dirty. We had to mop the bathroom floor every time we showered, because the water ran everywhere.
The only positive for us was the service at breakfast. The gentleman was super nice and helpful.

A walk away to the Old City. The rooms are not properly maintained. Look like a dormitory.

Nous sommes arrivés très tard et avons été très bien reçu par l’hôte d’accueil qui n’a pas hésité à nous donner une chambre plus spacieuse.

it will be nice to get in addition two small towels and not only two large ones in the bathroom.

היינו בחדרי הארחה, חדר די עלוב.
(אין באתר תמונות של חדרי הארחה, אם הייתי רואה את החדר לפני כן בטוח לא הייתי מזמינה שם!!)סדינים לא נקיים מבד לא נעים ועוקץ. ביקשנו לול עבור התינוקת. שמו לנו לול קמפינג ללא מזרון. נאלצנו לשים לה בתור מזרון פוך עם כריות בפנים. קיבלנו מגבות לא לפי כמות האנשים. בחדר האוכל מפת השולחן הייתה ממש מלוכלכת שביקשנו להחליף נעננו בסירוב. ביקשנו כסא אוכל לתינוקת אמרו לנו שיש רק כסא אחד בחדר האוכל והוא כבר בשימוש של משפחה אחרת. אז נכון שילמנו מחיר נמוך אבל מינימום של שירות הוא דבר מתבקש בכל מחיר.
