Una decepción compensada con la ubicación y la calidad del sueño
Pros:

Buscábamos un hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Esmirna, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba de madrugada y lo escogimos por su ubicación
El hotel tiene amplias habitaciones y todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable
El desayuno no está mal y las camas muy buenas

Cons:

El vuelo llegó a las 03:15h, pasar control de pasaportes, recoger coche de alquiler y llegar hasta el hotel nos hizo llegar a las 04:30h, más o menos. Y cuando llegamos, habían “cerrado el sistema” y no nos podían registrar. Nos dijeron que en 30’ estaría y que no nos podían dar habitaciones hasta entonces. Los 30’ pasaron y ahí seguíamos esperando. A más de las 05:00h nos dijeron que sistema seguía sin funcionar, pero que nos acompañaban a las habitaciones que ahora sí nos podían facilitar. Días antes de nuestra llegada avisamos que el vuelo aterrizaba a eso de las 03:15h y que llegaríamos después de esa hora.
Cuando nos dieron la habitación sólo había toallas y sábanas para dos cuando la reserva era para cuatro. Menos mal que el sueño fue reparador

Cons:

Fotoğraflarda daha modern gözüküyor ama dekor mobilya uyumlu değil göz yoruyor. Fiyat performans fena değil.

Exceeding our expectations. Perfect if you stay on the way to Antalya / to Istanbul.
Pros:

Great room, very fresh and well made interior and room. It was spacious and good to hold our family of 2 grownups and 2 small children. And the location is perfect if you stop on the way to / from Istanbul. You don't have to go to the center of Izmir and stay in traffic, but you have large shopping mall and several cafees nearby. Personnel was nice to us, we experienced no issues at all.

This hotel is the best , I traveled alone to go to the dentist, my first time , so I was a little apprehensive, but I felt so safe here , food was excellent and staff were outstanding 👏👏don’t look anywhere else , this might not be the cheapest but it is class and so are the staff 👏👏👏❤️

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen da das Hotel sehr kulant und freundlich war👍🏼
Pros:

Es war nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Optimum Einkaufscenter entfernt. Dort findet mal alles und kann auch gut essen. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut aber es hätte mehr Auswahl geben können.
Das Personal war stets bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Die minibar war nicht wirklich kalt.

Das Zimmer hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht und ein ganz passables Frühstück.

Cons:

Am Samstagabend gab es wohl im restaurant Bereich eine Abendveranstaltung. Dabei war die Musik so laut, dass man im zweiten Stock das Gefühl hatte, mit auf der Tanzfläche zu sein. Meine Anrufe bei der Rezeption waren erfolglos. Man teilte mir mit, dass es nun mal Samstag sei und ich mich bis Mitternacht gedulden soll. Nach meiner Auffassung hat das Hotel die Verantwortung, Abendveranstaltungen so zu planen, dass die Gäste gar nicht oder zumindest nur bis zu einem angemessenen Grad davon belästigt werden. Diese Erfahrung hat leider einiges überschattet.
