Pros:

I was in Istanbul having dental treatment, the hotel was three doors along from my dentist.
The staff were excellent and very accommodating to my needs.
The city view from the restaurant are excellent.

Cons:

I would of liked some coffee sachets in my room and I wasn't keen on the decoration but all in all it was more than adequate

Pros:

Hotellet ser flott ut eksteriørmessig. Interiørmessig begynner hotellet og bli slitt, men her er jo oppussing i gang flere steder så dette lover godt.
Samtidig så er servicen på dette hotellet meget bra. En oppfølging av gjester som må være av det beste i Istanbul.
Bildene sier noe om slitasje på det rommet jeg fikk først, men jeg fikk nytt og bedre rom når jeg kontaktet resepsjonen. Ingen nøling eller forsøk på å diskutere, fikk et nytt rom øyeblikkelig.
Frokostbuffeen var god, men dessverre sto lokkene på varm-maten åpen så den var jo kald da jeg kom.
Restauranten er selvfølgelig på toppen og der kan du både nyte flott utsikt og sikkert også god mat, men jeg kjøpte pizza og det vil jeg ikke anbefale noen å kjøpe for de lager den ikke selv. Det var frossen ferdigpizza som smakte papp med litt krydder på toppen. De har jo eget kjøkken og mat de lager fra bunnen av! Kjære, ikke server frossenpizza for det blir en skikkelig nedtur.
