I am usually not one to say anything, but this time it was just a stack of things.
Pros:

The breakfast is always great. That is usually my go to place when I travel to Lubbock, I was disappointed with my findings especially since I brought friends along. They were not impressed

Cons:

The light by between the beds did not work, the carpet was wet in the sitting area, the tub had hair, there were pine cones in the cubby under the table between the beds

Quiet and comfortable with firendly staff
Pros:

This place is so quiet and comfortable I extended my stay an additional 4 nights. Very friendly staff, thank you for the stay! I am converting from booking to Best Western Membership

Stop after golfing at Rawls
Pros:

Stayed here because of reviews, however the reviews didn’t match what was found. First time ever we were called prior to arrival to run our credit card even though reservation said charge on arrival. It was a little disturbing. We didn’t notice till morning that we had no shower curtain, too late to get one before leaving. Staff member at desk knew nothing of suggestions for restaurants. Overall, I would have picked a different BW.

Todo el hotel,
Habitacion a final de pasillo, cuando como mucho habia 10 huespedes en el hotel.
La puerta de entrada a la habitacion estaba caida, adjunto foto.
El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido infernal, adjunto video.
El lavabo de la habitacion perdia agua constantemente, adjunto video.
La ducha/banera estaba en muy malas condiciones, adjunto foto
La limpieza de la habitacion era muy escasa
La limpieza de las zonas comunes, no habia, durante dos dias de mi estancia no limpiaron las manchas del suelo del ascensor
El desayuno era lo de siempre, pero con peor calidad

Bed had big ass whole in it, so my feet were elevated higher then my head and was very uncomfortable. Also booked a room with a balcony and didn't get what I booked...

Nice and clean
Pros:

Room was big and comfortable, clean with hot delicious breakfast. Elevator is broken and it is hot in the hallways. The stay was with the stop and value paid.

Pros:

It was a place to sleep for the night.

Cons:

The pool was filthy littered with feathers and trash and anytime my family and I used it I had to take the net and clean it myself. The breakfast was terrible and the staff were unhelpful and unbothered. The room smelled like smoke and it was kind of rundown.

Not Arbor Inn, but still a nice hotel!!
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel for years and years. It is now under new ownership, and it isn’t as much home…but it is still a nice hotel especially for the price. The beds ar good and the rooms are clean.

Roach infected hotel and horrible front desk
Pros:

I wish I could give zero stars, my family arrived at 6:40pm checked in dropped pur belongings off, then left to grab a bite to eat and hang with friends. We return to find out our room had several roaches and half of the floor was wet. We reported at 9:45pm. The lady stated to give her 15min to get it taken, comes back and stated they had a leak 2wks ago in that room and that we will be fine staying here, explained we will not be staying here due to the wet floor and bug issues the man upfront was rude accused us of using the pool and wetting the floor. Mind you I asked several times to look at the cameras to show that not once did we use the pool that we infact left and I want my money back. But he kept insisting that " you people" are all the same and just want refunds. At that point I packed my family up and check at 10:45pm

Too much noise

Elevator broken. People in room above us had child that made lots of noise like a herd of elephants running around. Then the last night the people across the hall were yelling and screaming. So two of the 3 nights we stayed we got very few hours of sleep.

Pros:

The front desk staff was wonderful. I had room issues and she went and got new bedding and changed the sheets herself. AC in room was cold and beds were comfortable

Cons:

The sheets had black, curly hair in them and had no comforter. There was not clean comfortable available so my son had to sleep without a sheet. The lighting in bathroom is not great. Hallways are terribly hot and elevator drops hard every time it stops at a floor.
