Beds raggedy and they charged me $100 for screws. Elevators do NOT work. Entrance doors left open. Room smelled of smoke. Don’t stay here. 0/10.

New ownership needs to have staff double check rooms for at least two trash cans and maybe new foam toppers on the beds.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. Breakfast options were great.

Cons:

The elevator rides were scary due to loose cables, rattling and jerking people. The rooms only had one trashcan, no toilet paper, and no Kleenexes. Beds were so worn it was like sleeping (or trying to sleep) on a large bag of popcorn.

The front desk person was very lovely and tried to be very accommodating.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The bathroom tub and shower curtain had mold growing. The carpets were stained and the tile floor was dirty. The couch had big stains on it and there were ceiling fans in the room covered with dust. We had to be moved 2 times due too the AC not working. All of the rooms were just as dirty. The last room we were given had the worst bathroom. The outlets did not work and the air vent was very dirty as well. The elevator shook like crazy when going up. They did not have pillows or blankets available for my son who was going to sleep on the pullout. We ended up buying an air mattress because the couch was so dirty. We cancelled the second night. I would have left the first day but we were not able to secure additional accommodations due to time.

Disgusting and disappointing.
Pros:

The property was nice, on the outside.

Cons:

But the room on the other hand was not. The 1st thing i noticed in the bathroom sink was old toothpaste and hair. The shower also had hair. So noticeable that they had not been cleaned. The toilet didn't flush properly. And the linen on the beds, disgusting. Needless to say I will never book here again!

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The bed had stains, couch had stains.
“Clean” towels also had stains, sink had left over tooth paste in the sink from the last person who stayed there. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The latch on the door was broken, stains on carpet and a whole in the closet door. Sheets and pillow cases seemed to have not been changed out.
