Cons:

The room provided was totally different from the one I booked. The hotel refused to refund 150$ I paid. I didn’t stay.

Останавливались на одну ночь, хотелось бы пожить там еще. Супер удобная кровать, прекрасный завтрак, вежливый персонал. Также был крем для тела, что очень приятно

Pros:

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Одолжили даже свой личный зонтик. Консультировали по всем вопросам и реагировали молниеносно на все просьбы. Завтрак отличный! Хороший матрас и подушки, приятное белье. Полотенца староватые, конечно.

Cons:

Холодная вода в бассейне была и в целом в этом помещении очень прохладно. Так и не искупались.

Не соответствует пяти звездам это точно. Хол, интерьер, на завтраке вообще ерунда.
Pros:

Понравился только персонал.

Cons:

Ооооочень уставший отель. Очень. Ковровые дорожки везде уставшие, старые, в пятнах. Даже в номере, хотя я жил в люксе.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, de facto é muito boa a 5 minutos de toda a acção da cidade e do centro, simplesmente espetacular, o hotel é muito central e perto de muitos restaurantes e da Praça da Republica.

Cons:

A entrada do Hotel estava em obras exteriores.

* изумительный завтрак (большой выбор еды на шведском столе, свежие и качественные продукты)
* качественное постельное белье
* хороший, удобный матрац
* по две плоских подушки на человека, можно выбрать повыше или пониже
* горячая вода начинала идти сразу
* хороший выбор туалетных принадлежностей
* удобные тапочки
* несмотря на то, что окна нашего номера выходили на улицу (Amiryan St) в номере было тихо и это нисколько не мешало спать.

Cons:

Если специально искать недостатки, то был только один, но это нисколько не повлияло на наше положительное впечатление - в момент нашего завтрака, не было на месте повара, который жарит омлет (хотя все ингредиенты и печь были)

Good central location to walk the center but definitely not a 5 star Hotel
Pros:

Central Location. Friendliness of portmen

Cons:

Extremely noisy. Cannot sleep with the traffic and music nearby. Insulation is not adequate. Gave us an inferior room of what we booked. Said photos were misleading. Hamam was not working . Room was not properly cleaned and bathroom had smell from sewage.
