Персонал не реагирует на просьбы, обещают, но не делают. СПА запущенный , температура воды в бассейне градусов 19-20, полотенца старые и не всегда есть. Третий раз подряд в номере не работают весы - либо врут на 20 кг , либо нет батарейки . Время на часах в номере часто не выставлено. На завтраке персонал больше заинтересован своими мобильными телефонами , чем клиентами . Останавливаюсь в гостинице лет пять три-четыре раза в год , гостиница деградирует , жаль .

В целом отель неплохой, хотя конечно на мой взгляд на 5 звезд не тянет - скорее твердая 4.

Cons:

Очень скудный завтрак, при том, что его цена довольно высокая. Работа персонала, который обслуживает завтрак, также оставляет желать лучшего. Их там несколько человек, а толку мало. Мы попросили приготовить яичницу, нам ответили, что да сейчас и видимо забыли про это. Когда мы снова спросили а где же наша яичница, они вспомнили и послали за женщиной, которая её готовит. Учитывая тот факт, что у нас было ограничено время для завтрака, это было очень неприятно.
