Pros:

Had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, just a 7-minute walk from Republic Square and the city centre. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel is rather dated and does not meet 5-star standards. The rooms and lobby do not justify its 5-star rating. Breakfast was disappointing and there is no on-site restaurant.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Очень чуткий и внимательный персонал! Прекрасный номер( полулюкс )

Cons:

Фен очень неудобный в пользовании и маломощный. Не соответствует уровню отеля в 5*. Плохо уходила вода в душевой.

Все два дня что там проживали просили починить раковину которая не работала и не сливала воду, приходилось мыть руки и зубы над огромным чаном воды

мыла также не было просили принести два дня не приносили
