Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. Хорошие комфортные матрасы. Неплохой завтрак, но без особенностей, всё базово.

Cons:

Номера как и сам отель требуют обновления. Мебель в номере с царапинами. Вода в душе на высоких этаж долго держится холодной, пришлось спускать несколько минут. Попросил утюг в номер, ждал полчаса, не принесли, позвонил повторно - принесли. На след день опять попросил утюг - прождал 20 минут, не принесли, уже нужно было выходить, пришлось ехать как есть. Плохая шумоизоляция окон, по шуму ощущение, что открыта форточка, но окно закрыто.

Расположение великолепное, вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

Не тянет отель на 5 звезд. Просили не заселять у лифта, но персонал видимо понял иначе. Внутренний телефон в номере не работал, в ванной комнате на кафеле много плесени, жесткие матрасы.. отель подуставший, но на 3 дня норм. Не повезло с соседями и 2 ночи подряд просыпались в 4-5 утра под пьяные вопли и крики из соседнего номера (и окна) , но персонал за такие неудобства не то чтобы не предложил комплимент, но даже не извинился. Это было совсем не очень. Потому что первую ночь мы чувствовали себя не безопасно. Все таки от 5 звезд хотела клиентоориентированности и уважения. На ресепшене особо не церемонятся, но мужчина (секьюрити) был вежлив и внимателен.
