Das Team war kooperative - hat auf meine Bedürfnisse geachtet. Zuerst habe ich ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer (mit alten Möbeln...) bekommen mit komischem Geruch aber das Team hat auf mein Feedback geachtet und ohne viele Fragen das Zimmer gewechselt.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel - am ersten Tag war im Zimmer 18 Grad und das in der Winterzeit. Die Handtücher waren alle sehr alt - und auf Betzeug konnte man überall Haar sehen. Bettzeug war auch sehr alt.
