Качество номера, все разваливается. Спустились в спа хамам не работает баня на 2 человека занята бассейн холодный. При заселении про завтрак не спросили мы были уверены что он включен пришли нас развернули

Hotel vecchio e stanco 🫩.in camera assegnata c'era il rumore continuo che veniva dalla rete del climatizzatore. A richiesta l'hanno cambiata. Lo scarico delle docce, lavandini di tutte le due camere intasate.

Отвратительный отель! Худший за последние несколько лет моих путешествий !
Слышимость в номере как будто весь отель живет вместе с тобой . Я слышу буквально все! Воняет куревом на весь номер, хотя курить в номерах нельзя. Просила проверить , реакции ноль . Задыхаемся с ребенком. За что ни возьмись , все разваливается. Душ не работает, ванна сломана , вода из под крана ледяная, теплую надо ждать несколько минут. Одеяла и постельное белье, как будто раньше все это подстилали собакам, все грязное, тонкое , старое. Матрасы столетние с желтыми пятнами! В номере холодина ! Завтрак ужаснейший ! Выбора никакого, меню нет, приходится гадать, могут ли тебе сделать омлет или нет. Постоянно что то не работает, то сок не наливается, то вода холодная в термосе для чая. И это я все про президентский люкс! Не понятно как вообще этому месту можно было присвоить 5 звезд. Абсурд . Не выбирайте этот отель, испортите себе отдых напрочь
