Location was great and i didnt know they offered breakfast. I also liked having the option of choosing ground floor or upper floor.
The only thing i wasnt happy with is they advertized wi fi but it was very poor. Very frustrating because that was one big reason why we chose them. So big let down.

A warm welcome from genial host Peter set the tone for a pleasant stay at this likable budget motel. Though close to the freeway, it had good sound deadening. Clean, comfortable, with good security in a decent neighborhood..
The staff was nice
Our room had a very bad odour there were fruit flies and flies, the floors were wet there was blood stains on the sheets a lot as well as yellow stains and the bathroom door had poop on it and there was blood smeared on the base of the door frame the size of a head.
Lots of room in the room. Newer AC which was nice.Had issues with the TV but, they swapped it out right away. Friendly staff.
The shower for some reason got water all over the floor including soaking the toilet paper. The floor had some wet spots in the carpet near the bathroom entryway when I first checked in. Which I'm sure was caused by the shower.
Location was great for what I needed, less than a mile from a Harley-Davidson Dealership from which I will make many visits to in the near future. The room has a good size. The bathroom and shower were a bit dated but quite serviceable. Table and chairs were comfortable and well placed. I had no problem sleeping. Appliances worked just fine but A/C unit had a back up adjustment knob, no way to read the setting.
The bathroom fan squealed like a dying animal, I had to leave it off. I told the staff the following morning and they said that issue was unique to that room, which told me they knew and did nothing to repair it. The curtains didn't quite fit the window so when you pulled them closed, both right and left ends showed a small gap to the outside. No place close by for breakfast (walking distance), but plenty shopping relatively close by.

The person who was to check me in was having a bad day. I told him I was checking in and he asked me if I wanted to see the room. Yes. Ok I will look at it. VERY strong smell of cleaning/"fragrance". Not for me. He asked to show me another room...same. I cannot understand why hotels use these Overpowering scents...to mask other bad smells??
I opted out of staying there. I was refunded. Also location was very difficult to find as it is located right next to a freeway onramp and the street to turn in is easily missed. We went past it twice.
Close to where we needed to be; good value, clean and comfortable room, accommodating staff. (Originally slated to occupy an upstairs room with a king bed, when staff saw how much luggage we had, he offered us a downstairs room with a queen bed as the property had no elevator.)
Lot Garbage overflow visible from our room; room smelled like smoke even though no-smoking signs on room doors, no elevator for a 2 story facility, lots of arguing outside from the room next to ours and above us on the 2nd floor. Although the facility was close to where we needed to be, it was hard to find and get to from the road.
Beds were very comfortable and shower was a good pressure, just not much hot water
Huge ass spiders were in our room killed 3 of them the first night and 2 the second
