Boa opção em Rio Quente
Pros:

Hotel localizado perto do Hot Park, então é possível ir a pé até o parque. Tem um rio de água quente que passa no hotel, ele é maravilhoso para tomar banho.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto não foi boa.
Piscinas lotadas.
Som alto.

Cons:

Acesso ao prédio pela garagem na qual nunca há vaga, lâmpada da sala queimada, cofre não funciona, banheiro sem secador. Eu me hospedei durante toda a estadia agendada, ao contrário do que o site está afirmando.

Pros:

Antes da minha hospedagem, solicitei com antecedência um quarto mais tranquilo, com uma sacada que oferecesse mais privacidade e menos barulho. Infelizmente, meu pedido foi completamente ignorado. Fui acomodado em um quarto de frente para a piscina, com pouca privacidade e bastante movimento.

Também não recomendo o quarto 001 do Bloco B. Ele fica ao lado de um cômodo onde está instalado o motor de aquecimento da piscina. Esse equipamento é acionado diariamente por volta das 7h30 da manhã, tornando muito difícil descansar para quem tem sono leve. Em alguns dias, o motor também foi ligado por volta das 23h, o que prejudicou ainda mais o descanso.


Como pontos positivos, gostei do café da manhã, da localização e do atendimento da equipe., o acesso ao Rio e muito bom, aproveitamos bastante. No entanto, a falta de atenção ao meu pedido e o excesso de barulho comprometeram significativamente a experiência da hospedagem.
