Staff was very friendly and nice. Efficient.
Our room was very clean, but lacked any cups. The bathtub was clearly damaged and the water pressure for the shower was minimal if non-existent. This property needs a shuttle to Mayo Clinic that runs more frequently than every two hours. The breakfast was described in another review as outstanding. It was minimal. Won't stay here again.

The climate control, modern smart tv, mini fridge and loaded shower are very convenient amenities.
The staff didn't communicate well with doordash and ended up getting our order lost, luckily, I was able to get a refund. But that irked me, along with the mini fridge being set to the warmest temperature made it a little inconvenient for our drinks at first.
Thought room was clean and nice- price was excellent. Missed being able to get water easily. Staff was generous with bottles when asked, but because of recent surgery on mouth, needed alot.
Entry and rug on floor in front of desk was not clean appearing so was pleasantly surprised that room and eating area were . Right across road from IMAX movie theater, so could take in a movie.
1) Disappointed in continental breakfast. 2) Please update location's phone number. One on confirmation is wrong. 3) TV and remote - COULD NOT FIGURE REMOTE OUT!
Advertised wonderful breakfast, but was so so continental.
The property was clean and well taken care of and the staff were super friendly. We ordered pizza one night and forgot to get paper plates and forks and they happily gave us some.

In this day and age, hot scrambled eggs with low fat meat such as ham, yogurt without sugar, some fresh berries.
