Nice time in La Jolla
Pros:

Good location, nice room, with an amazing bakery near by. We would come back.

Cons:

We did heard noise from the upper apartment during the night, and also the electrical devices in the room made light that we were unable to shut down, which made it a little uncomfortable during the night.

Pros:

The entrances to the rooms are exterior (motel style) which was very convenient for our family, especially since we were staying on the first floor. We had the suite so it was really nice to be able to spread out. The kids loved having their own beds!

There was no breakfast provided, only coffee.

Cons:

I thought they had advertised a breakfast but I could be wrong - again, no breakfast

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice neighborhood. By the beach within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it’s everything I needed for a one person stay! The hotel was clean and neat

Great location for first timers visiting the San Diego / La Jolla area
Pros:

Location was perfect - easy walk to great restaurants. Loved the pool to cool off in the hot afternoons! Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. A/C was critical as there was a major heat wave during our stay. Free parking was a great plus. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Office didn't open until 8am so had to grab coffee elsewhere, but not a huge deal with great coffee shops very close by. Towels were not super soft but serviceable. Not much of a view, but the great location really makes up for it.

A nice place to stay at.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and had very comfortable beds. For work, there was a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable chair. The room also had air conditioning. Another nice feature was the small, cozy balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

I'd like to have at least a kettle and/or a coffee machine in the room. A microwave would also be a nice addition, although it's not essential.

Yes, all of these amenities are available at the reception area. However, when you wake up in the morning, you don't really want to wail till 8am for reception to be open and then to walk over there just to make yourself a cup of coffee.

Amazingly clean and beautiful location
Pros:

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were busy each morning cleaning. They always greeted us in a friendly way when we passed by them. We even saw a worker cleaning the elevator and the porch overhangs! The big sliding glass door windows to the balcony made for beautiful morning light coming in (once you pulled back the blackout curtains). The shower had good pressure and was relaxing. The neighborhood was more peaceful than the Pacific Beach area. There was free parking, there were lots of cameras in the walkways, this made it feel safe. Easy key codes to get in and out of the hotel area. I also liked that there were microwaves on each floor and a good ice machine.

Cons:

We stayed in a king room. It would be nice if there was a night stand on each side of the bed instead of just one. You can walk to an ocean overlook but not a good beach. I would stay here again but I would plan to Uber to the beach rather than drive.

Cons:

Tutto il resto: è un motel e non un hotel. Non ha possibilità di fare colazione.
Va bene come appoggio per una notte e basta, io sono rimasta una settimana al piano terra, la stanza ha una grande finestra che dà sullo spazio comune, dove passano tutti gli ospiti dell’hotel dalla mattina alla sera, quindi devi tenere l’oscurante chiuso tutto il giorno. Per questo motivo non vedi mai la luce del sole e la stanza puzza di umidità. Sembrava di essere in un comodo tugurio
