We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything was just as expected, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

One of nicest, cleanest hotels I have stayed in. It seemed very high end, the layout and the rooms were all so well put together!
Checking in was amazing and easy, staff gave me a bottle of water as I waited as it was busy when I got there, and they handled it with ease and thanked me for my patience
There is a parkade underneath, wasn't even aware of that!! It costs extra for it but that's fine...lots of free outside parking as well

The property was very clean and quiet. House keeping staff was all really friendly. Breakfast was good nice options from waffles, hash browns, cereals and eggs and sausages made in a way you could make your own breakfast sandwiches. Plenty of options for the whole family.
My issue was with the check in process. The system didn’t show I had already paid for the nights and the woman helping me was trying to figure it out then a male employee came up and started arguing telling me I was scammed and that I hadn’t already paid. He just kept repeating that there was no way I paid and that I was scammed. Even when showing the proof of payment he still said I was wrong. Thankfully another employer came and helped and got it fixed in their system. I honestly would have walked out and went somewhere else if I hadn’t already paid because the man was so rude to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed as there were other guests waiting to check in as well.
To the women who helped me check in I appreciated their patience and getting it sorted out they were great to deal with especially the one who was clearly leaving for the day and she stopped and helped to get it fixed so I could get checked in.

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless.
The price was about triple what it should normally be, presumably because some event was filling up all hotel rooms in the city. The company took the opportunity to inflate the price to what I once paid in Dubai for a suite with a part-time butler. In any case, I had no choice about the date so I took the room, but just be aware that surge pricing very much exists.
great breakfast
Breakfast was very well made and varied each day. Staff kept up on restocking and cleaning the dining area. If you needed anything at all, they did their best to help.
I feel security in the parking areas outside (not the garage) needed a little improving. Cameras would be nice. Nothing occurred while I was there, but I also did not feel "safe" as no outside parking was within view of lobby or any other business.
Pool was good . Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Great location close to Mall and other things.
Water slide is a really fast and not good for small kids. But that is minor thing.
Breakfast is amazing! Underground parking is a bonus! Very friendly staff!
