New, tidy, clean, EV charger.
Room was closest to out of service elevator.

being over charged by hotel, however they have accepted responsibility and have agreed to reimburse.

Breakfast was great. Upstairs ‘neighbour’ very noisy late at night and very early in the morning. Footsteps sounded like somebody walking with very heavy boots
Install longer shower curtain. I had to mop the floor after showering. Noise from upstairs room was bad
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay. However, my room was located close to the reception area and was not very soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations from the reception in the evening until around 6 pm, and again early in the morning from both the reception and breakfast area, which made it difficult to rest properly. I would recommend this hotel, but suggest avoiding ground-level rooms near reception if you’re sensitive to noise. It would also be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing in these rooms.”

Pool was clean , rooms clean and building was in great condition.
Charged me for early check in and was only hotel that did out of 5 hotels I checked in early at on my road trip. Road noise from traffic was loud and wore ear plugs. Might want to ask for room at other end of building. No free breakfast

Staff were excellent and very professional Breakfast was very good and everything was stocked at all times. Lots of choices Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. The room
was very clean . Loved the pool and hot tub.
We were close to the front desk and the main lobby some people came in very late and they were not respectful of the time of nite that it was. . Other than that. No complaints.
Everything: staff is helpful, kitchen/cafe area is big, comfortable, great coffee machine with different coffee options and even hot chocolate and I was able to get some even before checking in, large comfortable rooms, nice bathroom....location is good too - stores and restaurants in 5-10 min walk
