Breakfast was really bad, we paid extra for two extra persons who joined our group to find out there was almost no breakfast available. There was also no staff in the restaurant to help us

Coming with breakfast but they close the buffet- serve a la cart, I ordered bubur ayam, the boiled egg was very dry (cut to 2 very long time) - the waiter don’t even understand what chili sauce is.
My husband order omelette was cold as well.
Not recommended hotel as 4 stars hotel - very bad 😞

This is an okay hotel for a short stay. The room was comfortable.
We were shocked seeing the cockroaches running around at the breakfast area next to the food on one of the stands. We became even more shocked when the kitchen staff didn’t pay any attention to it when we asked them to remove the cockroaches and kept doing what they were doing.

We stayed in a suite on the 36 floor and it was very spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly and the alfa mart downstairs was very handy
De service van het personeel vooral van Indie de guest relation officer. Indie heeft ons erg goed geholpen met chauffeurs zoeken, contacten leggen, plekken opzoeken toen we we net met een jetlag aankwamen in het hotel. Zelfs kregen we 'complementary' high tea aangeboden toen we te vroeg aankwamen en moesten wachten tot de kamer klaar was.
Verder een erg schoon hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien.
