Great hotel and facilities
Pros:

We stayed in a suite on the 36 floor and it was very spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly and the alfa mart downstairs was very handy

Pros:

De service van het personeel vooral van Indie de guest relation officer. Indie heeft ons erg goed geholpen met chauffeurs zoeken, contacten leggen, plekken opzoeken toen we we net met een jetlag aankwamen in het hotel. Zelfs kregen we 'complementary' high tea aangeboden toen we te vroeg aankwamen en moesten wachten tot de kamer klaar was.

Verder een erg schoon hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, ngay bên cạnh là quán ăn, mall nên rất tiện lợi cho việc đi lại. Mình ở tầng 29 nên có view ngắm thành phố cực xịn.
Nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ cho mình rất nhiều. Cảm ơn vì đã giúp mình do cái tội hay quên thẻ phòng.
Ngay dưới sảnh là 1 cửa hàng tiện lợi+ 1 quán A&W, bên cạnh là quán Gacoen

We only stayed one night but the staff had given us a complimentary piece of cake in our room which was nice :)
As we had to check out at 04 a.m. we asked for breakfast to takeaway and were glad to receive a good breakfast! Thanks again!
