Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is top na de bromo tour. Dicht bij het vliegveld en de kamers zijn prima. Bedden zijn trouwens top

Cons:

Het zwembad is gedateerd. Tegels liggen los en het ziet er niet uit zoals op de foto's.

Staying 2 nights was quite pleasant, maybe next time I will come again.
Pros:

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, with minimalistic but adequate furnishings. The towels are thick, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool isn't long, but enough for serious swimmers. The hotel lobby is quite large and comfortable.

Cons:

The pillow is not too comfortable. When I checked in, there was still dirt left in the bathroom drain (under the shower), it was still there the next day. I don't think the staff cleaned the shower floor properly. Breakfast tastes is just ordinary and not very varied, gym equipment is limited and some is not working properly. The AC wasn't cold, but when I reported it to the receptionist the next day, it wasn't long before they took action to repair it and it became quite cold.

Everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a fantastic buffet offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always smiling, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff also made a great first impression, being welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, with everything kept neat and comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Rayhan from the reception, who was extremely helpful with all my questions and went out of his way to assist me — always smiling and very professional 😄 Overall, everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic and felt truly well taken care of — definitely a 5-star experience

Es ist relativ neu und schön sauber.

Cons:

Ein junger Mann an der Rezeption sollte eine Doppelte Buchung stornieren anstatt dies vor mir zutun ging er mit dem Kartenlesegerät plus meiner Visa arte ins Nebenzimmer und hat es Abgebucht. Ich habe es per Sms am nächsten Tag gesehebnund reklamierert es wurde zurück gebucht aber niemand hat sich wirklich dafpr entschuldigt es wurde so getan als ob es ein Versehen gewesen wöre, was aber eindeutig nicht der Fall war. Ps ich hatte Glück das meine Ehefrau dabei war sie ist aus der nähe und spricht den gleichen Dialekt.

Morning time 2 lifts working
Night time only 1 working (looks they purposely close)
Coming with breakfast but they close the buffet- serve a la cart, I ordered bubur ayam, the boiled egg was very dry (cut to 2 very long time) - the waiter don’t even understand what chili sauce is.
My husband order omelette was cold as well.

Not recommended hotel as 4 stars hotel - very bad 😞
