Everyone was so Nice and Friendly , felt safe very clean
I mentioned that the exit from the small pool was not safe, exposed rocks and garbage accumulating . I suggested mor sand and better overal cleanliness around the beach chairs. I am Canadian and we do not leave stuff lying around, we do not butt cigarettes in the sand
The company is a group of 3 hotels, one besides the other one, the booking was for made for the tower as it says in the name of the property, and the accommodation was in the cheapest complex of the group, it was supposed to have fridge on the room and barely had soap in the washroom.
Limpio y muy seguro
Nice place. I'd definitely recommend it
Views were phenomenal especially when they moved us to Luna after double booking Pacific Palace room & was much quieter at Luna
The place is good . A little too far from the Malacon area , but it’s a good stay . Staff was very good . Fast service too when room service was requested . The Parkin not too big . But overall good stay .
This is my go to every time I go to Mazatlan....my favorite place!!!
Super overcrowded and definitely not the tranquil photo as seen anywhere online. This is a very low priced all you and can eat and drink. Communication was extremely difficult. Kids were everywehere. Very overcrowded. Every person brought their own thermal mug up to the bar and they FILLED it to the top with booze. Because of the pricing, there were so many kids and it was so overcrowded I could hardly get anything.
Great beach!! Excellent for a relaxing family vacation! Very friendly staff and the best food!
Ok
This hotel is a 3-meals package deal with the room. They put a wrist band on you, gives you meals (mostly poor quality) and cheaper well drinks in the bar. Lots of noise both in the hotel and on the beach (roving brass bands imposing their excessively loud sounds whether welcome or not, some call it culture, others call it obnoxious). We’d booked tower rooms for our family, but on arrival found others had been given our rooms. Rooms have nice views but are very plain and utilitarian, not remotely close to being luxurious or worth the exorbitant costs. There are better beach hotels to the south.
Stayed at neighboring hotels. 4 nights at the Pacific Ocean palace and 5 at the Luna Palace. The Luna was far superior. The ocean palace needs a complete renovation.
The ocean palace is in bad shape and needs to be renovated. It was a subpar location very downmarket.
Filthy, toilet leaked, room smelt horrible, they wouldn’t refund or swap rooms, other guests say they would never stay there again. We left and went to another hotel.
Nowhere to get away from all of the noise ! Crowded, noisy, pleasant staff, small understanding of english, screaming ninios! Would never come back...it was Day of the Dead week which is a busy week here...
Over crowded, staff not helpful, food was cafeteria grade at best. Very disappointing experience.
just now on Google
The rooms look tired and smell like bathroom toilet. Pillows are old worn and small, has the feel of a cheap motel. They call it a resort and this does not come close except for the food. They don't change the air conditioner filters which are dirty and circulate the dirty smelly air. The smell sticks to your clothes. I keep my suit case locked. I will not take my clothes out. Sad I can't change hotels since I'm not paying for it, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has a sensitive nose and an eye for hygiene. I purchased a room deodorizer at Walmart and two cans of spray disinfectante and the smell is entwined in the bed sheets the pillows and the curtains. I can't try and air out the room a little because their is a night club out front and it's music is so loud that it reaches the 14 floor where I am. They put these smelly old throw blankets on the bed for decoration and they are from the 70's. Don't waist your money. Go to a holiday inn or a known American hotel chain where they have quality standards.
