The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast in your room was a good touch, it was always on time and hot.
For the price the room we were in, room 19 the love shack was starting to look a bit tired and could do with a bit of an update. There was no sofa or chair in the room so hard to get comfortable after eating as you can only lie down.
Hot tub and bathroom were lovely the service for breakfast was brilliant.
A male member of Staff entered the apartment without notice while my partner was undressed, made zero attempt to avert his eyes or apologise. I was raging at the location as they had marked as checked out already when we actually had late check out.
No apologies from the staff member this frankly ruined our stay, fortunately it was around when we were heading home.
Also breakfast is misrepresented throughout, it reads as included when it isnt. However it is very good.

Very poor parking available the noise in the room from other spa tubs, wasn’t very clean shower, mis sold on description, very expensive, no luxury toiletries, left early morning wasn’t good
