Pros:

Great property and stay, highly recommend to anyone. Only problem we had was eating meals within the facility, a recommendation for future is an indoor seats and table to eat meals and breakfast

Not value for the money we spent. Wish they could refund at least half the money as it was not a good experience at all

It was very clean

Cons:

Being as the hot tub was in the bathroom it was difficult to sleep with the tub being on a cycle it only turned off at 4am it was a awful nights sleep. Also creaking floorboards you could hear upstairs walking around all times of the morning.

Worth the stay would be back
Pros:

Good value for money would definitely stay again

Cons:

Some mould in the room and tv didn’t work at first but they did fix it very quickly would of liked the log fire included not to pay extra

Amazing experience and stay at the Windermere Suite. Really clean, spot on facilities, and ideally located to Bowness Marina and Town Centre. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting that boutique experience. No 23 was absolutely lovely, and the hotel service and staff were excellent.

Cons:

The only small thing I could say is No 23 doesn't have parking, although there's availability at the main hotel car park 150 metres away. Just be mindful walking back from the Marina or TC at night in dark up the hill as there's no street lights or paths. We managed with torch on our phones.

Great location and service, but comfort fell short
Pros:

The location was super close to the lake, which was perfect for us. A decent-sized room with a hot tub and free parking was a nice bonus. Staff were really kind and attentive, we received a call to ask if we needed anything. Which showed they really care about their customers.

Cons:

The room was super hot, so sleeping was tough. They did leave some fans, which we used. Maybe I should've realised there was no AC in our suite. WiFi was there, but it kept buffering when we tried to watch a movie. So, for these reasons and a few others I won't mention, I won't be booking this suite again. Maybe we will try another suite next time.

We can for my birthday we realy enjoyed it. Wish we had stayed for 2 nights . Also glad the hot tub was inside

Pros:

Location staff and customer service.

Cons:

Cold room had to be given extra heater to warm room up. Netflix wouldn’t allow us to watch as too many other rooms watching. Remote on bathtub tele wasn’t waterproof not responsive. Not comfy bed. Radiator cover not fixed to wall with piece hanging off. Jacuzzi bath leaking.
