Aloha Hill Club Golf & Spa Apartments

A Victim of Credit Card Compromise-My stay at Aloha Hills which would have been a most enjoyable one was marred by the compromise of my card details and my subsequent loss of about USD1300. I visited Marbella for a party and the hotel was the only place where I shared my card details. Curiously the card was used to shop on Amazon website as soon as I checked out of the Hotel. I was receiving debits, while I was at the Airport. Before I could contact my bank to disable the card, a total of $1281.97 purchases had been charged to my card.Its my conviction that a staff of the apartment/facility would be the culprit. It was a horrendous conclusion to a stay that would have been memorable and quite enjoyable.

The property was nice a little outdated but it was nice. You need a car when going shopping but it was convenient with the nearby pool and has a restaurant as well.

Apartment very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Excellent facilities, pool area and pool bar.
Quite a distance to main towns and car / taxis required

Very nice area and apartment, gym and spa as well - all true to pictures. Only one minus is the distance to supermarket etc making You would Almost need to have a car. But we will be back for sure!

The resort spa is amazing but was an extra 10 euro per day but well worth every penny. I was expecting to be able to play the golf course but it is private and for members only. So far we have stayed at 3 different places and this was by far the best.
And by the way Las Naranjos is less than 1 mile away and it hosted The womens Spanish open the week after 👍👍👍 great course that you can play

My stay has been very relaxing surrounded by beautiful grounds an a lovely location,I would definitely stay hear again with my family as we’ve all had a great time.

Absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and this place is a perfect spot with amazing facilities. I would definitely stay again. Don’t hesitate just book it.

On check in, everything was really smooth. After a few days, a lady that lived below apartment 81 came up to our door at 9:30pm shouting in Spanish and getting aggressive because we were ‘too loud’, threatened us and then pushed two of the boys we were staying with. This made us conscious and worried for our safety. We stayed in another hotel for a few nights because of this. Furthermore, the air on and hot water didn’t work for mostly the duration of our stay. We had to call reception desk 4 times before a maintenance woman came up. After she looked at it; the hot water never worked and only ever ran luke warm at best. So upset about this trip as it is the last of the year and we spent a lot of money on it. I would like to discuss this further.

The property is of a very good standard. The Self catering apartment was a good four star with flat screen TV, two bedrooms both with en suites and kitchen with all good amenities . It has an excellent spa and gym room and a pool area with good food served at the pool bar. There are no restaurants on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aloha Hill club was located in a really nice area at the top of a hill. it was too far away to walk to bars or restaurants. Having said that the closest restaurants and supermarket were a 5 min taxi ride away. Just too far to walk. Alternatively Puerto Banus was a 15 min taxi cab ride away. We used Uber which was available with no problems. 11 Euros cost to Puerto Banus. I would also recommend that staying here requires a car really. Parking is under the apartment and is free.We were able to drive easily from and to the airport about 45 mins each way and it enabled us to visit Puerto Banus, (15 mins away)Marbella old town ,(30 mins away) Mijas (30 mins away) (all recommended) and Gibraltar (not recommended) 1 hour 15 mins away. TIP: park your car at the big car park before you cross the border to Gibraltar or you will be in a queue for a very long time! Be warned. Take passports also.Mediterranean motorway has tolls but you can use uk credit cards or cash.

My personal absorption was that the price was reasonable for the size of the appointment ,and the pool side was ok

Beautiful apartment, very clean pools and friendly staff, only bad point is it’s a good 10 minute drive from the Puerto Banús harbour.

Facilities are great, relatively quiet, nice ambiance, probably could be crowded over the peak period, Decent wifi, with good coverage

Great apartment, spacious and modern. The services at the resort however are quite lacking. They advertise it has having a convenience store, which is non existent, the restaurant closes at 18:00 and there is no breakfast service as advertised. You definitely need a car for everything if you stay at this resort, restaurants and shops close by are not at a walking distance. It’s a quiet place, modern and clean but their advertising is not accurate.

We had a lovely family vacation at Aloha Hill Club. We all enjoyed the apartment, the grounds, the pool and the restaurant was delicious! We would definitely return.

Aloha Hill Club is a little out of the way - probably 10-15 cab ride to Puerto Banus, but this wouldn't stop me staying there again! The apartment was so big - we had two big bedrooms with their own bathroom and a lovely big kitchen with all mod cons and a spacious living room - the balcony went the whole width of the apartment and we had nice garden furniture to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

There are four pools but we only used the one by the pool bar - never a problem getting a sun lounger whatever time of day and the pool bar served delicious food which wasn't badly priced.

If I was to come back to Marbella I would definitely stay here again - the only downside is that the internet in the room didn't work, and there wasn't a hairdryer so remember to bring your own!

Nice clean apartment, not the greatest view and a few dead plants in the balcony features didn't help. but otherwise good value. Would have been nice if there had been a few extra touches e.g. salt and pepper, sugar, more plates and some side plates, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, hand soap a few more dishwasher tablets one for each day maybe. These are all trivial items and didn't deflect too much from a good apartment and wouldn't stop us recommending it but these sort of touches, that we do find elsewhere, make a 4 into a 5!
Pool bar good, service excellent, and a nice range of food for lunches or early evening snacks.
Parking spaces very tight so avoid arriving in a massive car!

Beautiful complex and our apartment was very comfortable and large and beautifully furnished. Fab and very large balcony? Superb wifi and showers are best we have had in any apartment. Area is quiet, pools are lovely. Only problems were that it was quite hard to find even with sat nav and very hilly, have to go up hills or steps to get anywhere but worth it to stay at such a nice place. Not far from Puerto Banus which is a great area for shopping/eating out and Marina. Very handy for golf courses nearby.

We stayed here for 5 days out of our 2 weeks in Spain. I wish we had stayed here for the whole 2 weeks. Great lunch restaurant on site and lots of great dinner restaurants 5 minutes away.
The units are very well cared for. The property as a whole is also very well cared for.
