Pros:

The dinner at the restaurant on the Friday we were there was good. Location is good. Good View

Cons:

I was very disappointed with this hotel and really wanted to give it a good review. The staff are not very friendly and make you feel like your bothering them if you ask for something. We had alot of miscommunication, the hotel deck had no food for 2 days in a row and did not communicate. Everything was told it is because of a wedding. Not very professional to treat their other guests poorly because of a wedding party, If that is the case don't take on extra bookings. The hotel smelt like smoke throughout the hotel on the wedding nights which was unpleasant for those dining in the restaurant. Unless you are having a wedding there they dont care.

great place, would return
Pros:

The view from the room was fantastic, complimentary breakfast was good

Cons:

The one complaint I have is that the 6th & 7th floors are stairs only and made it difficult for my wife who is partially disabled. This may have been posted on there web site but should be a question asked at booking

Expensive view
Pros:

The staff - Specifically Journey in dining, Toni in the Lounge and the older lady who greets everyone at breakfast. Were absolute delights and turned my frown upside down.

Cons:

Afew mishaps with food and drinks but were corrected right away without fuss.
There was no fan in the bathroom in one of our rooms.
No hot tub.
No freezer compartment in the little fridges. Made it difficult for us with fish.
I had a couple of giant spiders from the bottom of the upstairs balcony to my railing. I have arachnophobia so I did not use my balcony at all.
I cancelled my original booking at coconut spa to make a couples massage appointment for my daughter and I. I made the couples appointment online for 5. When we went to check in the spa said we didn’t have an appointment.
