La lenteur du service
Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, com bastante espaço, incluindo um pequeno sofá. A limpeza é boa. Há chaleira com sachês de chá nos quartos e são deixadas três garrafas de água mineral todos os dias. No entanto, o preço bem razoável
Todo o hotel, inclusive os quartos, são carpetados. Faltou água durante o banho em duas ocasiões. O hotel fica bem no centro de Kigali, um local muito movimentado e sem muitas opções fora do hotel. Não há um guarda-roupas fechado e, o cofre, é solto. O café da manhã tem várias opções, mas não tem frios, nem cereais. As opções de pães também são restritas. O hotel não tem absolutamente nada de charme.
The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and the location was central.
The fact that the iron and ironing board were not placed back in their section with each clean.

Excellent location right in the city center. The on-site restaurant was excellent (though pricier than local spots, as expected). Massage and haircut services were also great — very professional and attentive even the price is higher than locals. The staff really helpful and handle my request nicely.
Image the old dated facility in this very old dusty hotel. Probably one of the worst I ever stayed. Here are all the issues. Although they take these feedback seriously but not all of them were solved during my stay.
Noise from what sounded like a laundry room upstairs, starting exactly at 6:30 AM every day and continuine until 3-4 PM (possibly just bad luck with my room), all hangers in the closet was broken, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, kept sliding open, only a tiny bottle of shampoo provided and they didn't replace the empty bottle.
The Safe was fixed to the floor, requiring an awkward bend to use. Of the two door locks, the second one was completely broken.
Room phone could only receive calls, not make them (couldn’t even call the front desk)
On the last day, the shower barely produced any water and it was cold
For $70/night, I don’t think this represents good value given all these maintenance issues.
The staff here was the absolute best. Very helpful. Very friendly. The restaurant was delicious and fresh

É necessário dizer que toda a equiep do hotel, da recepção ao concierge, é de uma educação e simpatia inigualáveis. Me senti super bem atendido em todas as esferas. O café-da-manhã é muito bom, com várias opções, parece até um almoço. E sua localização é ótima, valeu muito a pena mesmo.
Great base for visiting Kigali, a wonderful city
The staff concierge Emmy, Ivan and Moses werr kind. Hotel gave us Dinner on them for a night to make up for bad experience
Every blessed thing. Zero value for money re: location. Right in the market filled with chaos. Outdated furniture. Poor pickup customer service by Dashi or something. Internet in room 1115 kept going off. No Netflix. I regretted booking this. Not peaceful area
Kigali is beautiful. Downtown is not. Will not stay here again even if it was free
