Pros:

The property provided breakfast! My favorite part was the staff; they went above to assist with me getting a taxi to the airport, taking my luggage to my room and assisting when I didn't have cash.

A clean, basic hotel with a good location. Free airport shuttle was brilliant.

Cons:

Very dated hotel, some lights didn't work (or turn off in the case of the spotlights!) and the breakfast as a very strange buffet.

Buena relación calidad/situación/precio (con traslado incluído desde el aeropuerto)
Pros:

Traslado desde el aeropuerto incluído. Desayuno correcto, con cocinero de huevos. Situación en el centro de Kigali. Buen wifi. Habitación enorme, con vistas panorámicas de la ciudad (el hotel empieza en el piso 7).

Cons:

La decoración. Y que no encontré apagar una de las luces, tuve que quitar la tarjeta de la puerta.

Contente de cet hotel
Pros:

J’ai fait d’autres hôtels de similaire standing, et c’est le seul à avoir autant de commodités à proximité car il se trouve vraiment au centre-ville (downtown). Il ya des mall a 5-10minutes à pied.
La reception qui m’a laissé faire le check-in bien avant l’heure.
Le transfert inclus depuis l’aéroport s’est bien passé.
Staff très gentil et accommodant.
Youtube fonctionne bien sur la tv.

Cons:

Il ya avait un cafard dans ma chambre !! Heureusement lorsque je l’ai signalé j’ai pu recevoir de l’aide.
Le petit déjeuner qui a du choix mais pas forcément à mon goût.
