Noises
Hotel con habitaciones muy grandes, espaciosas y con mucho espacio de armario. Cada habitación tiene WiFi aunque no siempre funciona. El personal es amable. La ubicación es buena si prefieres caminar por Kigali ( centro) . Esta junto al mercado y cerca de lugares peatonales. Te van a buscar al aeropuerto lo que es de agradecer después de un vuelo largo.
El servicio de habitaciones tarda muchísimo. Esperamos 1h30 para una tortilla francesa por la noche. Pedimos toallas pero no las trajeron nunca.

There was good communication all throughout our booking & stay. We unfortunately didn't get the room we had booked but a dolution was found by Mr.Shalom & his colleague at the reception. Exceptional staff especially at the restaurant. Special shout out to Jesus & the gentleman in housekeeping on 12th floor-I forget his name
The meals were very delicious, the breakfast spread was good. As a coffee lover I must say I didn't drink any during my stay coz the spiced & fruit teas were really really good.
The location was central to the things & places we wanted to visit as well.

Rooftops Bar Food /drink is expensive if you compare other neighbour area
The suite was huge, with plenty of space. The view was stunning. The location is very central.
The beds are a bit stiff, so if you like it soft, you better ask the staff if they have alternative mattresses. The furniture is a bit old fashion but in good conditions.
