We loved this hotel it was right in the center of Kigali and the city bustled around us giving a favour of life in this lovely City. The room was very comfortable and we loved the breakfast as well, best omelet we had. thank you to all the team on reception, they were very helpful and kind.
The room was much bigger than I expected. The bed and mattress was so comfortable (memory foams). I loved the view from my room and there was always coffee or tea option every day. The staff were super responsive to every time we called or asked for anything.
Then the HUGE supermarket on theb2nd floor! Anything you need, you will find.
The cleaning staff sometimes just cleaned obvious surfaces. We had to ask for them to come sweep the rugs. Because they just neatly made the bed and didn't bother to sweep the floor. Stuff/dirt from our first night was still on the floor 2 days after. But they were very responsive when we complained.

The overall service was amazing. From the pick up at the airport to the staff at the reception to the extra support and care received from the team has been amazing. I love it.
Maybe it’s me, but I didn’t know much about what the place can offer. There is a lot, a lot. Maybe there is not enough publicity around, and I would like to see more of the place, the restaurant, the breakfast, and also the friendly friendliness of the staff.
Very professional, respectful, polite and accommodating staff. The facilities were all very clean, the area was very convenient, the breakfast options were delicious and the patio views were very scenic. It was our first time visiting Rwanada and Kigali, and the experience was amazing from the moment we were greeted with a warm smile and chauffeured from the airport to our hotel. They even accommodated us with super early breakfasts for our 5 am departure! Cannot say enough good things about our experience, your staff should be very proud!
