The facility was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing to dislike
An der Unterkunft hat uns alles super gefallen, bis auf die Schimmel und Stockflecken im Schlafraum und im Bad. Ansonsten war es traumhaft. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, konnten bis zur Abreise im Zimmer bleiben und baden. Würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, nur ein anderes Zimmer. Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen in der Anlage sollten langsam beginnen, damit es so schön bleibt.
Wie gesagt, die Schimmel und Stockflecken sind schon unangenehm und riechen auch. Dafür ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Ansonsten war alles super!!!
The location was perfect. The view was exceptional. I could’ve happily spent all day lazing around the pool just looking at the outlook. it was an easy walk to everything that was needed from bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
The room we were in had exceptionally bad mould in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door shut to not smell it. If this was in Australia the place would’ve been shut down on the amount of mould.
We had a great stay at Villa Mirjana, a room with everything you need. A marvellous terrace with pool and stunning view over the bay from where you can enjoy the sun at the end of the day till sunset! There are lots of beautiful flowers and grown up trees in the garden. The location is very good, close to the beach and to the ferry to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. A short walk by the coastline to Srebreno, where also the shopping mall and grocerystore is located. From there you can also take the bus to Dubrovnik.
The restaurant La Norma next to the entrance is very good and has lovely view!
The only thing we would recommend is to add a soft mattress on the bed, because the bed becomes very stiff and hard without.
Also good to know that there are many cats in the garden, so you need to have the doors closed if you don’t want them in the room, sometimes also the friendly big dog comes by 😊
Hosts are very kind and welcoming, and took care of our luggage when we arrived early, until we could check in.

Its a great spot and very convenient. There is a great restaurant across the street, the sea only a few steps away, a nice equipped kitchen

We arrived at the property, there is no strteet parking so I stayed in the car and my wife went to see how we could get in and park the car. The gate to the property was open but there was no one about. I then swapped with my wife and eventually foind the host who was doing laundry, the dogs are friendly BTW!
The pool area was very close and we used the pool in the evenings. The area is stunning and you can get a cheap boat taxi into Debriovnik, don't do the booze cruise though, overcrowded, poor food and awful wine. Debrovnuk can be done in 3-4 hours and we would not have wanted to be in the city. This place is excellent.
There was no sign or doorbell. There is also absolutely zero phone signal or 3g/5g so communication was an issue. Even a sigh to point new arrivals in the right direction would be good. The studio room is very small and luckily we had not planned to buy food and cook. There are plenty of good restaraunts close by.

Difficult to check in, we were sent information by a company Booker but it had no information of how to check in just the owners number, but when we go to the property we could not get WIFI so had to go to the restaurant to get WIFI! we weren't the only ones as we had two other couples walk down to our apartment as they could see us and ask for her information. The property we stayed in was attached to the restaurant ( La Norma) so late nights and early morning when they started cleaning at 7am. The cooking smells from the restaurant were quite over powering too (although the restaurant itself is lovely and food great). The mosquito's in the apartment are really bad and there are no plugs in the apartment. Not sure why but the small hallway has an old exercise bike a vacuum cleaner and a few mops and buckets! The bedroom paintwork is peeling off the walls which looks awful too! Dogs and Cats roaming the outside area and cats like to wander into the apartment and sit on the balcony furniture. When we arrived I wandered up to the pool which is nice but there was a huge dog poo on the decking. I contacted the owner through booking.com but as its not direct it took a few days for it to filter through. For the amount of money you pay this I feel is unacceptable.
Really liked the location and view from the room. Incredible skies in the evening. The room also had a good AC which kept the room nice and cool. Would definitely recommend!

- Le jardin est magnifique et bien agencé. On ressent un grand bien être
- la piscine a débordement face à la mer est superbe et très propre
- L'appartement que nous avions ( une chambre et double extérieur) très beau et clair.

Bon, pour chipoter, nous étions 4 et quelques verres en plus auraient été appréciés, mais c est vraiment pas très gênant
