Pros:

Our reservation was not received, it was very difficult to find and get to, they didn’t tell us that the kitchen closed at 6:00pm, the room was smelly, power was sporadic and the tv didn’t work. Generally unwelcoming. But the beach was beautiful.

Nos fuimos del lugar a nuestra suerte
Siendo un lugar arido y solitario
En lo personal no recomiendo visitar este lugar popoyo.

ESTAFA DE HOTEL
Pros:

Tenia mi reserva para el lugar el Viernes 25 de Marzo y Sabado 26 de Marzo, me habian costado un aproximado de $50 dolares. Llegue al lugar y me dicen que el sitio donde hice la reservación no sirve, y que no tenian habitaciones disponible.. La unica que tenian era una por $175 dolares la noche, se querían aprovechar de mi ya que es una zona desierta donde no hay acceso de buses ni taxis. Me fui de regreso a San Juan del Sur porque no tenia presupuesto para pagar esa habitación; realmente fue una estafa lo que querian hacer para aprovecharse de la situación.

Adicionalmente este hotel no tiene rotulos, ni señalización a tal punto que cuando le pregunte al guardian de la entrada no lo conocía como "The breaks lodge" me mando a otro hotel porque no sabia nada de ese lugar. Luego de los otros hoteles que fue a visitar me dijeron que el unico lugar conocido como FINCA POPOYO era al que habia ido a preguntar.... volví y el guardian me dijo que ahi no se llamaba "the breaks lodge" pero si estaba mi reservación hecha, luego me dijo que no tenian mi habitación y debia pagar $175 por noche si me queria quedar. Este no es un hotel es una casa en la cual estafan y se aprovechan de la gente. Mi recomendación es NO IR!!!!!!

INCORRECT NAME OF FACILITY~IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE
Pros:

If you don't mind driving back and forth on dusty bumpy roads and asking where the heck this place is over and over, then it might be ok for you if you are a surfer that doesn't mind substandard lodging. The outdoor bathrooms were dirty with no water and the room smelled like vapors coming from the uncorked sewer drains. The room is worth far less
