Location, clean, up to date, easily accessible even w no front desk and they helped us celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday with a bottle of iced prosecco!! Will definitely stay again!

Nowhere to sit in a queen room- no chair, couch, or desk. Both door codes I was sent were wrong and it took a while to find someone to help me get into the room. Loud utilities closet made sleeping with earplugs a must.

Wonderful location, beautiful building, very easy access. I appreciate the portable air conditioning unit for my room. The virtual concierge was very responsive to text messages.
There was live music both nights and while some people might have found it too loud, I truly enjoyed the live band just outside my window.
The same overflowing trash was in the lobby for my entire two-night stay. The hotel was maybe not as well kept up as I was expecting.

Information to access the front door was incorrect and was unable to contact anyone to let us in
The air condition for the building was not working, and the temporary unit install was like sleeping with a truck driving through you bedroom.
Little things in the room were not working, or just not up to date with modern accommodation expectations. .. fitted sheet on the bed had a rip in it, soap dispenser was empty, safe did not work.

Poor/non existent concierge or customer service, non functioning AC and fridge, downgraded room with no notice or discount

Beautiful facility with a very swanky bar. There is no staff on site that I could tell, but they were very responsive to texting. The building is older, but renovated beautifully.
While everything was beautiful in the rooms and the lobby was comfortable, the dresser was extremely dusty on the drawers, the small hand-held mirror had dust and hair on it and the baseboards were extremely dusty. So, cleaning wasn't quite up to par.
