The over all location is central to many things in San Angelo. liked the ease to make a reservation, The breakfast buffet choices and food freshness. I liked the accessible bathroom. I liked that all the electrical outlets worked. The buffet staff member and the maids were friendly and personable.
The HVAC in my room wasn't working. The bed was worn out. When I laid in it I rolled to the middle. There was no support in the mattress. The sound from the TV was very bad. Even turned all the way up my wife could barely hear it with her hearing aids and without them she could not hear it at all. In contrast, the TV in the next room was louder through the walls than the one in our room. Each time I tried to interact with the staff the were busy either on their phone or tablet and I had to get their attention. The staff member working the desk in the morning didn't know how to print a receipt.
Good for overnight stay on a road trip
All was as expected
Great place to stay, nice staff and very quiet. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was decent. Same things were served the two days we were there.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice breakfast also. Would recommend this hotel.
Facility is very clean, easy check in and check out
There is as no toilet paper in our room except the mostly used one leftover from whoever stayed in our room last. Absolutely no towels. Tv didn’t work, and the room felt unclean. I don’t feel like this place should be charging anything past $60 a night. It’s not a good hotel. The breakfast is garbage.
My stay was OK with one exception. The room mildly smelled of smoke. It didn't seem bad at first but after coming back from dinner and settling in, it wasn't just my imagination.
On checkout, I told the desk clerk they needed to do a heavy cleaning to rid that room of its cigarette smoke smell.
Also, they need to rearrange the wording of their elevator sign.
This hotel was great! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was!The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lots of restaurants close by and LeGrand Stadium just down the street. Liked that everything was close by.
Only one treadmill, breakfast was fine but creepy lady stood and stared at everyone while they ate. Good location.
