Noku Kyoto

We were 3 friends traveling and the room was huge we each had our own bed and lots of room for all our bags. We had come from Tokyo where there was not even room to turn around. The staff was helpful and a castle with beautiful gardens was across the street. I would highly recommend Noku Kyoto

I would recommend this hotel. No complaints about it at all. The location was not my personal favorite in Kyoto, but it is super close to Nijo Castle and the Imperial Palace which is nice. The station is also just steps away and will get you wherever you need quickly.

It was a lovely stay here. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. The room was big and very clean and the location is not far from the center. I really enjoyed my time there.

Friendly staff, very close to subway, close to attractions and restaurants, but still a very quiet area. Also, very clean hotel overall. My only suggestion for improvement would be more clothing storage, I could have used some drawers or more hangers etc.

Hotel is located next to a subway station and bus stations. It’s within walking distance to Gion. The property is very clean and staff is friendly

This was our best hotel of the three we stayed in while in Japan. Next time in Kyoto, we are coming back.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to the Noku Cafe staff who accommodated our dietary restrictions for breakfast. The level of cleanliness in the room, hallways and lobby puts to shame hotels that charge at least double in Europe, the US and Canada. We had no issue with noise level at all and the bed was so comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary slippers and pajamas and that the bathroom was equipped with a bidet. The location was excellent as it is steps away from the Marutamachi - Karasuma subway and bus stations which made navigating around Kyoto really easy. We most certainly would book here again if we return to Kyoto.

A great choice if you want to stay in the central part of Kyoto. Right by the subway station and bus stops. Nice, clean, modern. Definitely recommend. PS breakfast a little expensive for what you get.

Conveniently located to sight seeing and walking distance to food and neighborhood.
