Lipe Oasis Resort

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ko lipé. Chambre propre, mériterait juste une moustiquaire pour les lits.
Aucuns cafards ni bêtes comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires.
Personnel charmant qui s’occupe d’excursion et petites attentions agréables.
Bien situé.
Piscine autoportante insérée dans la terrasse...non utilisée, mais propre.

Personnel très gentil , logement pratique et propre …. Pas loin de walking street et de la plage… nous y retournerons

Great property! The owners were super friendly, room was clean. Slightly far from walking street, but still manageable.

Mycket fina och härliga rum. Dock är sängarna väldigt obekväma. Personalen var mysig och serviceinriktad. Koh lipe är fantastiskt!

Inte riktigt det vi förvänta oss. Ingen uteplats mer än en plaststol. Sängarna är extremt hårda. Ingen ström efter man låst rummet vilket betyder att kylskåpet då inte fungerar. Poolen inte speciellt inbjudande.

Cosy room in a green garden away from the noisy walking street. Although, you’re neighbor with OMG bar with live music every night. Friendly staff and very nice room and porch.
My only negatives:
- fridge turns off when leaving the room = can’t keep water or other refreshments cold during the day
- bed was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept in
- wifi was decent, but there were 5g which you could get access to if asking the staff
- pool is blue and clean on images, was green and cloudy water.

Despite these points, this is a good and affordable stay for a couple of days.

They have roof less bathroom which is inundated with mosquitoes...Found cockroach roaming around in our room...

It was a nice place, not too far from Walking Street which made it very convenient. There’s street food along the street and overall the hospitality from the staff was excellent!

All the excellent reviews were spot on, Anna and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Rooms were nice sized with a cool outside shower bathroom built onto the rear of each apartment. We noticed some reviews stating that the mosquitos can be a problem in the bathroom at dusk - tip get the mosquito incense candles from 7/11 and burn one before shower time done the trick for us :)

Location was perfect with a great tip from staff to visit beaches and local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Sauber, Ruhig, freundlich, toller Pool, gutes Frühstück, Grünanlage sehr gepflegt!

Schlüssel für Zimmer wurde danach einfach auf Bartheke abgelegt so das jeder darauf Zugriff hatte. Frühstück sehr bescheiden keine Milch zum Müsli

Preis/Leistung passt nicht dafür Zuwenig Ausstattung

Venligt personale, afstand til by og strand var som beskrevet. Værelserne var ok men badeværelset levede ikke op til forventning ud fra billederne....

das zimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber sehr schön. die unterkunft ist sehr nahe am zentrum aber auch sehr ruhig gelegen.
das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch der wäscheservice hat super funktioniert.

We stayed at Oasis last year and loved Koh Lipe so much that we came back again. For us with 2 children Oasis was perfect because it is close to Sunrise beach and Walking Street but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. Ann is the owner and she is lovely. Unfortunately we couldn't do the snorkelling trip this year because of unseasonally poor weather. However, the trip we did the previous year, organised by Oasis was just about the best day we have ever had as a family whilst on holiday. Absolutely spectacular.

Beautiful property with a superb location. Just a few blocks to Sunrise beach and walking street. Clean, spacious room, with cold ac and a nice outdoor hot shower. Friendly staff in a quiet garden setting. Has a hose to spray the sand off your feet, thank you! Will definitely stay here next time we’re on the island, highly recommend.

The owner of this place is very nice. I believe her and her family live here.
It was very cozy and the beds were alright comfort wise but not the best. It kind of had a funny smell to it... like oldish but it was ok. Breakfast was good and in a cozy environment. Close to walking street which in my opinion is where you want to be near so that was great. It was far enough though that you aren’t bothered by noise. A+ Honestly loved it here, would come back for sure! It’s close to sunrise beach which is nice but packed and no privacy. Sunset beach was further but worth the walk because not many people went there. Then the main beach, Pattaya I believe? Was really nice but also busy.

We stayed here for our stay on Ko lipe and was a great location. Minutes to walking street and sunrise beach..we walked to sunset beach as well- just a little farther. Simon the owner took us out on a whole day snorkeling tour to several beautiful spots. We had plenty of time at each location and never was rushed to move on. Very relaxed! Provided lots of fruit snacks and delicious chicken & rice lunch. Rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was cooked to order and tasty! Even can do laundry for a small fee. Our room had the outdoor bathroom which after I got used to I didn't mind, except for the mosquitoes... bug spray is a must on the island! Great friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again!

Exellent stay in this beautifull, quiet, confortable place!! The location is good cause it is close to the center, close to the beach and in a quiet place. Rooms are very big! And Ann will take a very good care of you, she is very lovely women! I recomend 100 %

Oasis Lipe has a delightful garden setting, and a fab quiet location on the edge of the town - it's a couple minutes walk to sunrise beach, close to shops and restaurants and walkable to the pier (but we took a mototaxi as we had heavy bags).
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The "outdoor" bathroom is very unique and we loved it. It is a private bathroom but be prepared to share it with some tropical creatures of course!
It was great to have free tea and coffee for all guests in the mornings.
We didn't have breakfast included so paid for it one morning, and it was simple, cheap and perfectly adequate for us.
Overall, a great place to stay on Lipe at a fantastic price.

We never thought we could hang out at nights on walking street coz we had 2 kids with us ( boys 11 & 7). Yet we did this every night !!! We just left the boys in the care of the really sweet caretakers Ann & her niece. They were so sweet that the niece actually cooked bowls of soupy noodles for dinner for kids. Our best time here was spending time with Ann & Simon who are somewhat the pioneers at Koh Lipe !! The information they gave us was so perfect, it even answered some things that were bothering me. Anyways, the rooms are beautiful and ideal for a family of 4...they have the 2 bunk beds in the garden rooms that is perfect for the kids. Simon is just the right guy to go to if you are looking at a fishing trip. Ann really can do all the rest i.e from taking you out on a boat to simply making you feel comfortable about leaving small kids behind. I will definitely go back there.
