We had our stay in this hotel these past few days, I found it perfect, location, cleanliness, everything is perfect, all your needs and request are immediately provided and the staff are all soooo acommodating.
Also, my sister had an emergency situation on the 2nd night, the hotel fortunately is quite near a hospital. Since it was past midnight and the hotel “on duty nurse” is about to take her clock out, we found out the next day, the hotel management requested the nurse to extend her working hours just so she can bring back my sister to our hotel room after the treatment. We’re glad and really appreciate the care and concern this hotel brought to us. So dear readers, take note GREEN LEAF HOTEL, the best choice you can make in Gensan.-January 2026

I booked Greenleaf because of their claim that there's free shuttle from the airport for their guests. They agreed to pick me up from the airport, but when I arrived, no one picked me up. There was no trace of their shuttle, and the phone numbers listed on Agoda were not working.
The hospitality from the staff is superb! The quality of food is a chief kiss. I would like also to commend Sir Rey and Diz On for a very hands on way of dealing with us as a guest. I enjoyed my birthday so much! Great job mint cafe. A memorable day indeed
We had an encounter with one of your OJT Crews, Kuya Bernard Villeza. He is very accommodating, respectful and kind. Plus the food, its very delicious and buffet set up is superb. Place is also comfortable.
As always, in Greenleaf Hotel we have wonderful experience. Good amenities, accommodation, food superb and very professional staff/managers.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by the GreenLeaf Hotel Gensan crew, especially Kean, Bryan, Gab, and Shoebe. They are all polite, very accommodating, and consistently respond with a warm “You’re welcome” every time I say thank you. Their service is quick, professional, and truly makes guests feel valued.

We had a very great time having lunch in Mint Cafe. The staffs are very well mannered and very polite with its customers and the customer service are excellent. The food is good and as well as the place.
The Customer Service is top-notch. The staff is very accommodating and gives the best service. Mint Cafe has all the means of being a high rated restaurant, the cuisine and the ambiance gives all a perfect dining place for special occasions. I highly recommend the place and will definitely come back again.

The staffs are very accommodating and warm. Ambience is homey and comfy. Food is great -we ordered Angus w/ truffle cheese burger 10/10 side salad is refreshing. Truffle pasta is savory.
Coffee is good, hoping for more variety available such as decaf or keto friendly choices too. Overall experience is 10/10 (based on the picture after dining)
Overall the food and service were great!
Staffs are warm and accomodating.
A must try is their classic angus beef burger and truffle pasta.
