Review Highlights

Pros:
Beachfront / excellent location, ideal for Full Moon Party
Friendly, helpful and professional staff
Pool access (including neighbor's pool) and occasional room upgrades/jacuzzi
Close to restaurants and convenience stores; central walking location
Cons:
Noise issues (Full Moon party noise, construction noise, loud external AC, vibrating beds)

Can be expensive during Full Moon events
No free breakfast; minor F&B quality issues (toilet paper quality/limited supply)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mostly described as clean in several reviews, but there are specific issues reported (bedbugs/infestation report requiring linen change and room disinfection, smell of tobacco in a room), so overall slightly below average.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised across languages: staff described as very good, excellent, helpful, welcoming and professional; several mentions of helpfulness with requests, luggage storage and arranging taxis.
Location
9.5
Strong positive consensus: beachfront / first line to the beach, ideal for Full Moon Party, central and walking distance to amenities and restaurants.
Room Quality
7
Mixed reports: some rooms/upgrades praised (spacious room with jacuzzi and sea view), others noted as needing renovation, loud external AC, and in one case noisy beds from party vibrations.
Amenities
8.5
Good amenities for the hotel tier: pool access (including neighbour's pool), new pool mentioned, occasional room upgrades with jacuzzi; limited/no free breakfast noted.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed: some guests report excellent value, others note low price/value during Full Moon (very expensive) and ageing facilities that reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8
Lightly mentioned: small café counter with cookies was appreciated and nearby food options are good, but no free breakfast and one comment about low-quality toilet paper.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall positive experience for many guests (recommended, great for Full Moon, pleasant stays and memorable upgrades), tempered by noise and some dated rooms for others.

Cons:
