We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grad Otočec. The property is truly magical, a beautiful castle set along a river and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, while the common areas are cozy and well maintained.
The hotel restaurant is excellent, offering outstanding cuisine and a high-quality dining experience.
The real highlight of our stay was the staff: extremely professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. A level of service that is rare to find nowadays.

Staying in a castle is a bucket list item. The staff went out of their way to make certain everything was perfect. We had an event in one of the meeting rooms where 20 relatives got together and talked of "family". The charcuterie and fruit trays were superb. Everyone had an enjoyable get together. I deeply thank each and every member of the staff.
