Pros:

It was a family gateway with 7 adults and one kid. It was my sister birthday.
The place was so luxurious and the food was amazing fresh and plenty. The nature and the swimming pool spa was Best.

The stuff was so so so professional and helpful. The front desk to the tea place and Restuarant. We ordered a birthday cake. Very nice and cheap, they accepted urgent iron the clothes. I wish I remembered the names, the ladies whom organized the birthday place in the second floor where the snacks was served.
My parents did pray for the owner whom provided such a great service place.
Thanks a million, can’t wait to be back again and again inshallah

Otel tam anlamıyla harika. Çalışan personeller çok ilgili yardımcı oluyorlar. Hangi aktiviteye katıldıysak tüm personeller alanıyla tecrübeli. Yemekleri çok güzeldi. Ortam gayet hijyenik. Odanın dolabında seccade ve kuran vardı bu çok güzel düşünülmüş.

Annem ve babam ilk kez konaklama yaptı. Personel, hizmet ve her şey mükemmeldi. Çok memnun kaldılar. Bir daha konaklama düşünüyorlar. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar konaklama yapmak istiyoruz. Özellikle resepsiyonda bizi karşılayıp odaya kadar eşlik eden Kemal bey çok guzler yüzlü ve çok yardımsevedi.Kendisine ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok büyük beklentiniz olmasın. Bu kadar büyük bir kampüs için 8 kurnalı bir hamam bence cok küçük. Termal havuz da cok küçük. Yani bin kişi aynı anda yemek yiyebilir. Ama en fazla 16 kisi aynı anda yıkanabilir.

Odalar temiz,esyalar yeni,personel guleryuzluydu. Termal isisi 40 derece, havuz kisminda can kurtaran olmasi olumluydu. Eksik olan yönü hamam cok kucuktu ,sauna kotu kokuyordu, yuzme havuzlari olan kisimda ortam ısısı dusuktu. Yemekler guzeldi.

Genel olarak iyi bir tatil idi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü otel temiz, müşterilerin yaş profili biraz yüksek. Normal havuz ve kaplıca havuzu temiz ve güzel. Havuz suyu bir tık daha sıcak olabilirdi. Yemekler güzeldi ancak ilk gün çorbamdan kesilmiş tırnak çıkması benim için kötü oldu. Otelin diğer imkanları güzel. Çorba olayı haricinde kötü bir şey yaşamadık.

Spa, havuz, temizlik 10/10. Resepsiyon, oda hizmeti, karşılama 10/10 Spa personeli kabaydı,
2. havluyu söylenerek verdi, huzursuz hissettirdi 5/10. Yemekler çeşit olarak fazla fakat lezzet olarak pek beğenmedim 7/10. Otel ile spa arasında yürüme mesafesi 5 dk ve devamlı olarak resepsiyonun önünden geçmek biraz rahatsız hissettirdi. Genel olarak dinlendirici bir tatil oldu.

Personelde aşırı bir bilgisizlik hakimdi. Kahvaltı, çay saati ve akşam yemeği saatleri hususunda net bir saat veremediler. Çelişki yaşadık ilk gün malesef. Yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Termal havuzu çok küçük ve odalarda termal şu yok. Hotels.com a uygun fiyat için teşekkür ederim.
