It was not too bad

Value for money. Overall served the purpose. Staff was friendly. Room has the required amenities. Ventilation in bathroom was not working so it started smelling a bit.

The bathroom was not that great... shower and sink horrible.. but the stuff annie was so pleasant.. if i go to paris again i'll be staying there again.. love the communication...

Propre et fonctionnel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir juste pour le merveilleux accueil d’Annie !! Nous voyageons énormément et avons rarement été accueilli par quelqu’un de plus serviable. Merci encore!!!

Good location, comfortable linens and bed.

When you first arrive, be careful to double check the address as it's a very small building and easy to overlook. This is NOT a hotel, this is a key fact the door staff will be sure to remind you as they list all the shortcomings. Also, keep your flip flops on in the unit as although it was a very tiny space, it doesn't feel like much effort is made to keep it clean beyond the quick once over and it felt very grimy. The safe didn't work and according to the clerk, we had no reason to complain as the unit was safe in his judgement, and we are "lucky" to be in this part of Paris. Also, don't expect clean towels or linen as "this is NOT a hotel, it's an apartment" and they also expect you to clean the dishes and throw out the trash when you leave or they'll keep your $200 security deposit. Not recommended at all.

Good location

The property was very nice and several bakeries and super market close by. The check-in was at 3 pm and was told check out was at noon. The property was clean, except for the bathroom. The vent was very dusty and the shower head was very callused by hard water. At 1150 am, we (family of 6 with two rooms) were rushed out by the hotel staff stating its noon and check out is now. She apologizes when we went down to check out and that she needed one of us to go over the room to make sure we got our security deposit back. While i was in the elevator with her, another customer handed her the keys and left (they sounded French). She did not inspect their rooms. I did find this strange and unfair. All in all, the stay was fairly nice and convenient. Minus one star for the negative experiences mentioned above.

We were made to feel very welcome at Les Apartments Clichy. The apartment was ideal for the 6 of us, modern clean, well equipped and with a lovely balcony looking out over the town square. Centrally located in Clichy it is also ideally situated for taking in the local area - shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. all being within a stones throw. Clichy in general is a nice area from which we used as a base to visit Paris over a long weekend. We used our car to get around but the metro is also very close. Noteable was the exceptional customer service of the staff at reception who were incredibly genial and genuinely cared that we had a nice stay. Would highly recommend a stay here and am sure that we will be back next time that we visit Paris !

The apartment met expectations. It has an elevator. Shopping (Grocery, Bread and Pastries) are just out the front door. The bad part is the closest metro stop is line 13. Almost impossible and dangerous to get on the trains at peak times. Search Line 13 on the internet and it is the pain of Parisians. So we had to take Uber, and theft and pick pocketing is way up in Paris and line 13 and especially the Clichy stops are very bad. Got one of our Iphones stolen, they tried to make off with the whole purse. It was while being crushed into the train car, and I mean crushed, you can have no sense of your belongs when you are being pushed and crushed on all sides. It would have been a lot more pleasant stay without the Line 13 metro problems. I like the neighborhood, the people, and the apartment.

Excellent condition. Very clean and updated. Close to metro. Shops everywhere out the apartment. Friendly staff and feel very secured. Will definitely stay there again.

Room is clean but very small. The reception is available and very easy to communicate. It seems that the parking lot very compact,not easy to park. The heater in living room and one room is not working.

Very clean, had all the necessary appliances (except for a microwave), and it was a very easy process to create a reservation.We enjoyed a lot!

Nice but, busy area. Plenty of restaurants, shops and markets. Minutes from subways, taxis and buses right outside the door. Would definitely recommend and/ or book again.

Excellent location, close to metro station, supermarket and bistros. Decent neighborhood. Fine amenities , well equipped apartment. Good communication with the staff- friendly. A good stay overall, highly recommend.

Gentlemen that checked us in was very nice! Location is good and property is well maintained. Nothing to complain about, great experience.

It was in a nice area, close to the train station. The room was neat and tidy.
