Pros:

Gute Lage, ausgesprochen nettes und freundliches Personal in der Rezeption, Zimmermädchen und großartig im Frühstücksraum. Kaffee rund um die Uhr.

Cons:

Kleiner Frühstücksraum, Wartezeit wenn viele gleichzeitig Frühstücken wollen.
Aber Personal immer bemüht.

Великолепный персонал. Месторасположение. Большая ванная комната в одноместном номере! Вид из окна великолепный. Круглосуточно доступны чай, кофе и булочки)) До центра удобно пешком 10 минут. Подарок для моей собачки, что было особенно мило))
Все понравилось, обязательно вернусь!

War toll durch seine Lage und netten Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß genug.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll das Personal sehr nett und sprach such zum Großteil deutsch.

Cons:

Der Frühstückraum war zu klein und man musste warten bis ein Tisch frei war. Zum Glück nicht an jeden Tag.

Rooms should be renovated, great location

Great location, close to the main attractions

Cons:

Rooms furniture outdated, dirty walls. We reserved only for one night, that might be the reason, why we received very old fashioned rooms with dirty walls. The pictures on booking.com look nice, our rooms looked totally different.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude. Canal Grande und das Zentrum - 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestellen vor der Tür, mit dem Bus kommt man bequem nach Miramare. Hauptbahnhof mit dem Express zum Flughafen - 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Super nettes Personal.

Cons:

Ich habe USB-Steckdose im Zimmer vermisst.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la possibilità di bere caffè o tisane gratuite in uno spazio accogliente. Per la colazione ci hanno fornito un cestino al sacco molto accurato e abbondante che abbiamo potuto consumare in treno
