A special thanks to Sabira at the reception who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—she was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Also, the bellboy Anar was a great person, very friendly and always ready to assist us. The entire staff was outstanding, and the service was excellent throughout. Everything about the hotel—from the atmosphere to the hospitality—was perfect. Highly recommended!”
