موظفوا الاستقبال خصوصاً الأخ إلمان دخلت مئات الفنادق صدقا لم أجد موظفا لطيفا ومتعاونا مثله، اعجبني تصميم الجناح وسعته واثاثه ، السرير كبير ومريح جدا
لم يعجبني التوليت صغير جداً كأنه مخصص للأطفال ماء السيفون يبدو وكأنه عكر ومتسخ، طلبت شطاف وبادر الأخ إلمان بارساله

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس. المكان جميل ومريح، والخدمة ممتازة، والأهم هو حسن التعامل والاهتمام بالضيف من جميع الموظفين.
تجربة جميلة جداً وأشكر إدارة الفندق والطاقم على حسن الضيافة والابتسامة الدائمة. بالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى، وأنصح به لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والخدمة الراقية.
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. They upgraded us to an amazing suite and took very good care of my partner who has celiac disease. He can highly recommend it to everyone, especially people with allergies. The service from elman, emil and nadir especially was outstanding, best hotel we ever stayed in. We will hope to return in the winter time for skiing.

Мне понравились удобная кровать, просторные комнаты и шикарная природа. Особенно понравилось, что в номере было достаточно пространства, а окружающая природа просто великолепна. В целом, из положительных моментов могу отметить также хороший завтрак.

Facilities, views and activities were nice. Nadir who was at the front desk was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hotel is unique.
The pools were full of kids jumping around without any control. They were behaving dangerously and being disruptive, but there were no life guard or supervision from the hotel. Kids were getting out volley balls and hitting people with them, this type of thing isn't nice for guests for this hotel. Needs more supervision by the pool.

Нет магазинов в пешей доступности совсем, не работал подъёмник, и очень много было бедных индусов и иранцев, которые приезжают по бесплатным путевкам
حجزنا فيه 3 ليالي، وندمنا، قدرنا ننزل ليله وحده، ونرجع لباكو بعد يومين. حاولنا نلغي ليلتين أصلا ، بس ما رضيوا.
الحلو بس جمال المكان والطبيعه.
وقربه لفعاليات شاهداغ.
ما في لهذا الفندق توصيلات او باص شاتل للفعاليات.
الفعاليات الي تحت، مش قريبه مشي.
وبس الزيبلاين، ينزل. والي يخاف منه ما في وسيله غيرها للنزول للفعاليات.
لا انصح تأخذوا اكثر من ليله إذا انتوا بتحبوا جو الطلعات والشوبينج والمشي فالليل في مكان فيه عالم.
لان الفندق فعليا معزول، ما عليه حركة تاكسيات! واذا ودك تنزل للفعاليات ما في وسيله من هذا الفندق، صحلنا ناخذ ترمبات/توصيله من ناس طالعه، او نازله. ومره دفعنا 10 منات لترانزيت نازل.
