An excellent place for retreat and relaxation
Pros:

This is a top class hotel equipped to the best standards. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere, at reception, spa, restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay due to their accommodating approach.

Flot hotel og værelser. Restauranten Alpina laver rigtig god
aftensmad.

Pool området er lækkert, især den udendørs opvarmede pool

Cons:

Morgenmaden kunne godt gøres bedre. Der bliver ikke serveret friskbagt brød. Hvis der ikke er så mange mennesker på hotellet, er det bedre at fokusere på at sikre, at det som serveres er helt friskt, fremfor at der er en masse forskellige valg muligheder.

Exceptional stay, great facilities and good value for money.
Pros:

Our stay was phenomenal! We especially loved the service and the staff Oktay and Edgar, Oktay was especially welcoming and helpful and he was honestly so amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to this area.

Pros:

Excellent, world class hotel. Great room, excellent staff and service, perfect food. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only improvement opportunity lays around the gym equipment that is a bit outdated and requires some repair/replacement, in particular the treadmills.
