Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.

The staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive to details. A special thank you to Mariam at the concierge — she was incredibly helpful and assisted us with arranging snow activities and guiding us through the local experiences.

The area around the hotel is full of activities and restaurants, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable.

Overall, we had an amazing experience. The Azerbaijani people are genuinely kind, hospitable, and detail-oriented. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Everything about the stay was smooth and well-organized from the start. The location is perfect, and the hotel went the extra mile by offering a complimentary upgrade to a suite. An additional bed was arranged upon request, which was much appreciated.
The room and public areas were impeccably clean, breakfast offered a great variety and high quality, and the staff were consistently attentive, polite, and professional.
A special highlight is the activities desk, where guests can easily book all Shahdag attractions with fast-track access — a very convenient service that saves both time and effort. Overall, the hotel truly simplifies the entire experience and makes you feel well taken care of.

Хорошее расположение, ski in/out, единственный открытый бассейн в Шагдаге. Удобно что есть прокат прям в отеле

Cons:

Отель уставший, не тянет на пять звезд. При заселении полтора часа разбирались с детской кроватью - отель не подготовил номер заранее.
Еда в отеле и сервис удовлетворительный, но это не привычные 5 звезд международной сети

I stayed at Pik Palace Hotel during my birthday period in Shahdag, and everything was absolutely perfect! I want to give a special thanks to Mr. Nurullah and Ms. Sabira for their exceptional service. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly loved our stay and would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. We are already looking forward to coming back again!
