Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Особенно понравились высокий уровень сервиса, внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, комфортный и чистый номер, а также удобное расположение отеля. Завтраки были разнообразными и качественными, а атмосфера в целом способствовала приятному и спокойному отдыху. Благодарим команду отеля за гостеприимство и заботу о гостях.

Cons:

Цены на блюда в ресторане показались существенно завышенными. При этом качество и вкусовые характеристики некоторых блюд не соответствовали их стоимости, из-за чего соотношение цены и качества оставило неоднозначное впечатление.
Также во время завтрака не всегда удавалось насладиться спокойной атмосферой: некоторые дети иностранных гостей шумно играли возле рояля и нажимали на клавиши, что создавало дискомфорт для других посетителей ресторана.

Nature and peace in Azerbaijan
Pros:

Ideal location, right in the mountains, a lot of trekking routes nearby, Laza, Kuzun, etc. Indoor and outdoor pools and spa super nice, the personnel of the hotel were always super close and attentive and we felt like at home! The food was also super good, the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the restaurant at night offered local food. You can also get cocktails or beer at the bar. The parking is right underneath, easy access as well.
They booked us the room with the best views, super big room with a lot of space to leave the clothes, to take a shower or a bath, etc.

Cons:

We were getting the coffee from this industrial machine but we didn´t know you can have barista option, we were not informed about it, would have been very nice! The rooms were clean in general but there was some kalk on the sinks in our room. The rest was perfect!
