Отличное расположение, супер удобно для каталки. Номера большие и очень комфортные. Хороший СПА, бассейн на улице с комфортной температурой.

Лучший отель в Азербайджане.
Pros:

Понравилась обстановка, музыка, еда, номера, коллектив, все очень отзывчивые,
дружелюбные. Быстро реагируют на любые просьбы. Дизайн отеля, его интерьер, развлечения, аура - все прекрасно.

Cons:

В ванных комнатах не хватает privacy)))))
На бассейне было прохладно, не хватало полотенец.
Ночами шум от снежных пушек очень мешал(((

One of the greatest places and facilities to enjoy family winter vacation
Pros:

Pik Palace for a family winter vacation is a really great choice. We liked it and have a clear incentive to revisit the facility next winter season again. Special thanks to the great, helpful, always responsive Pik Palace personnel we communicated with: Zaur, Niyaz, Oktai, Edgar. This team did their best to make our stay exceptional, and they succeeded. We like the facility and we will definitely get back here again.

A special word about the dining facilities. There is an Aspen restaurant at the neighboring hotel Park Chalet Autograph Collection, just a few steps from Pik Palace. Well, I’ve known that Azerbaijani cuisine is the world’s best in lamb grill. But if you want to taste the best of the best in Azerbaijan meat cuisine, the straight path leads to Aspen at Park Chalet. To say that the food is exceptionally delicious there is just to understate the real state of things. Aspen’s chef Yashar, supported by sous-chefs Ibrahim and Asif, could easily compete in any international contest in lamb grill and take it over. Vyusal, as the restaurant manager, is great, knowledgeable, and professional. Nidjat is a great waiter — helpful, friendly, attentive, and responsive.

Overall, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in Azerbaijan, and frankly, it is quite difficult to be surprised after the variety of great cuisine in Baku.

К сожалению, уровень сервиса в отеле не соответсвует заявленным 5 звездам и стоимости проживания. Завтрак был достаточно скоромным по выбору и качеству. Во время моего проживания у меня произошла неприятная ситуация - пропал телефон. Реакция отеля показалась недостаточно оперативной: доступ к записям камер был предоставлен с заддержкой, а коммуникация по инциденту оставила вопросы. Также, в день рождения, который пришелся на период проживания, не было даже символического знака внимания. В совокупности это не соответсвует ожиданиям от отеля подобной категории.

Cons:

Для такого большого отеля очень маленькая локерная для лыж. Будьте готовы, что вам может не хватить ящика.

Рекомендую однозначно для любителей лыж. 5 звезд
Pros:

Локация, прям в отеле снаряжения и сразу подьемник. Рестораны, зона отдыха с камином. Вид из номера на горы супер просто. Зона спа хорошая.

Cons:

Плохо убирают в номере, на постеле волосы чужие на коврах и полотенцах.

Прекрасная постройка с очень низким сервисом
Pros:

Номера большие, горячий открытый бассейн, массаж в спа центре, оборудование горнолыжное и обслуживание в прокате хорошее, хорошие инструкторы, интерьеры симпатичные.

Cons:

Ужасное обслуживание на ресепшен, все по 2-3 раза надо просить, сначала отказывают, потом после скандала делают, что портит впечатление об отдыхе. Вся связь с отелем через службу бронирования, которая позволяет себе не перезванивать или не передавать просьбу перезвонить консьержа, тк на прямую с ним связаться не возможно. Так же не всегда отвечают на электронные письма, что вообще нонсенс для 5 * отеля. Негде сушить одежду и нет розеток у кроватей для телефона, что очень странно для зимнего курорта и 5 звездочного отеля. Завтрак разнообразный, но не вкусный, вся выпечка сухая, каши специфичные, приличные яйца и молочная продукция, фрукты нормальные. Кухня на обед и ужин ужасная. Нигде нет чая в чайниках и нет никакого кроме черного. Не продуман выход из проката, много где стоят раздвижные двери, а там где ты идешь с оборудованием и детьми тяжеленная дверь с поворотной ручкой 🥲. У открытого бассейна нет бара, ни безалкогольного , ни алкогольного. Ски-пасс на полдня - теоретически работать должен с 13 до 17, но синие трассы закрывают в 16.15 и не предупреждают , отправляют лыжников спускаться по красным трассам, что считаю недопустимым и очень опасным. Все это недоработки менеджмента, не продуман отдых и не ведется обучение персонала, что очень обидно, тк место красивое и сделаны большие вложения в инфраструктуру.

Прекрасное местоположение, огромные номера, великолепные завтраки и спа

Cons:

Ужаснейшая работа службы резервации. Отвечают медленно, неделю решали вопрос по оплате, в день заезда вообще отменили предоплаченную бронь, удалили все данные с букинга, заставив сильно понервничать и изрядно повисеть на телефоне в чужой стране. К счастью, все в итоге решили, но впечатление испортили. Никакого извинительного комплимента от отеля мы не получили, хотя было бы приятно и это обычная практика. От отеля такого уровня этого ожидаешь, но нет, видимо зря.

Nice place but demotivated staff and bad breakfast

Breakfast quality was really bad. They had a decent selection but everything seemed to be old food from the previous days. Pancakes and all pastries were rock hard.
Staff was completely disengaged and demotivated. They would try to get rid of you immediately. Even the front desk person at the end of my trip went through the routine question of asking me how my stay was and when I said not good, he decided to not follow up and ask my why. You could tell he didn’t want to get involved at all.
