The hotel is in a fantastic location, and I highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view. Nadir and his colleagues at the reception were extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated. Their excellent service left us with a wonderful impression.

The property and location is good
The staff is not at all cooperative and food options for vegetarian is absolutely nothing despite so many Indians visiting the property. The food served is extremely stale and old.
The palce is awesome.
Must visit place to take break from the noise of City.

Location and stay
I stayed for 3 days in Pc Palace since first moment Mr Elman exceeded my expectations about the warm welcome and in facilitating everything and hotel is very clean and comfortable. Mr Ruslan the security manager always greeted us offering help and water. Really it was exceptional stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Pik Palace! Everything was excellent. The furniture was modern, new, and beautifully maintained, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Access to the spa from the rooms was incredibly convenient.
The breakfast was really good, especially considering the hotel's remote mountain location and the logistical challenges of maintaining a high-quality kitchen in such an environment. The highlight, however, was the spectacular outdoor pool, especially when the clouds rolled over the surrounding mountains. It was truly a breathtaking experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was great!!
The Hotel is exceptional clean, the staff are very nice and doing everything to to make your stay comfortable and pleasent, especially Xegani the waiter and Nirlant the hostess. The hotel have valle parking. You can get as mane you want water bottle. The breakfast is rich and a lot of choices. We had 3 nights dinner and the foof was great.
