El hotel está muy bien ubicado, enfrente de una gran plaza comercial y bien comunicado por vialidades importantes. Las habitaciones en buen estado y limpias. Lo único malo es que su servicio de alimentos termina a las 23:00 y si llegas después de esa hora, la única opción es pedir de fuera usando alguna aplicación de ‘delivery’. Estas limitaciones de servicio se entienden en un hotel de negocios… pero la tarifa de este hotel no es la de un hotel de ese segmento ejecutivo.

Buena ubicación , mucho ruido en las noches. Viajamos con niño y en los cuartos contiguos hacían mucho ruido, azotaban puertas y parecía película de adultos en el otro lado de la pared. No es un hotel para ir con familia

A business class hotel, with good service in general, in an acceptable business location, across the street from the large Antea Mall. The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

Quality modern hotel, location not so good.
Pros:

The AC Hotel is rather new with well appointed rooms, well furnished and with a very large bathroom area. Plenty of power points, an essential these days. The breakfast is very good, with the chance to order a main course of your choice. Staff are attentive. Location is good if you are into malls, and with a nearby road good for runners, but it is rather far from the very interesting city centre. Price was on the high side for this city: from 5 to 4 stars on the basis of price and location.
