I liked that our party of five was able to stay in one room.
We were not welcomed when we first entered the hotel. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The tech they were using to check in visitors was not working properly. The lobby felt dark and oppressive. We were not given directions to our room or any information regarding our stay. Our room was undecorated. It also felt blank and had no personality. The floor was grimy on bare feet as if it had not been swept. Everyone had an average night sleep. The breakfast lacked any variety or options. there was coffee, packaged muffins and hard boiled eggs in plastic baggies. The pool was closed because the license from the health department had not been renewed. Overall, the hotel looked as if it could use some maintenance, scuffed doors, for example. It made me wonder since this property is located near the Cleveland Clinic if it is used primarily by patients and their families. It definitely did not have on a vacation feel but more of a residential institution.

There were 15 different kinds of various beers, wines etc etc but no NA products. There needs to be NA products. Also, no breakfast potatoes. Other than that, this property is A+
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during the power outage. We were unexpectedly stranded and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate us.

The pool and hot tub Fasility was very, very nice
Front desk person was upbeat and welcoming. Lobby area was comfortable and inviting. Dark roast coffee is very much appreciated. Location was great, close to major road but set back enough to not have traffic noise in the room. Plenty of food choices close by. Love that the HVAC was quiet!
No waffle maker at breakfast but plenty of other choices. I hope to try out the pool, hot tub, gym and fire pit next visit.

Zimmer roch muffig, Klimaanlage zu laut und Fenster nur einen Spalt zu öffnen. Ungemütlich und abgenutzt. Frühstück absolut reduziert und viel Plastik. Kein Personal zu sehen.
The property is conveniently located near the I-80. There are many shopping centers and places to eat near by. The King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were ok.
The room was dusty and the towels were a bit worn and gray.
Excellent location, exceptionally clean and cozy room, healthy options for breakfast, great bonus for travelers who like pools - open till 10:00 PM. Very nice backyard to have breakfast outside or just sit and enjoy the fireplace at night.
