The hotel is in serious need of upgrades. The tile carpeting is dingy and stained. The Balcony is dirty, rusty, complete with someone’s cigarette ashes, which would blow in with screen door open. One chair on balcony is a cheap folding chair. The sheets are too narrow to tuck in on either side of the king bed.
The pillows are weird. They weigh a lot, as if they have been washed too many times and stuffing all clotted together.
The fridge was not turned on upon arrival.
The lighting in the room is inadequate.

The front desk staff(Ali and Anis) are great but they cannot help with all the facilty problems. The owner needs to put some money into this place before we would stay here again.

First room offered, the patio doors on ground level room was missing ability to lock, therefore not safe. The second room only had 1 bed for 4 people. They gave us a 1 bedroom suite with king bed, my wife and daughters slept in bed. I tried to sleep on pull out couch, however, when it was time to sleep, I discovered that the mattress from the pull out was missing, and I was too tired to go back and complain for third time. The room is outdated, carpet has stains, 1 of 2 bathroom sink faucets was broken. Bedroom closet door was broken. Toilet seat should be changed. Overall I give this place a 2 star for the location and view. I will not be staying there again unless I hear about the hotel being renovated.
