El personal del hotel muy amable y atento

Cons:

Hicimos upgrade a una habitacion con 3 camas, sólo que estaba justo al lado de la recepción y por las noches se escuchaba mucho ruido.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Zugang zum Meer mit tollem breiten Sandstrand. Liegen und Schirme gegen hohe Bezahlung (20 Euro pro Miete)
Zimmer ok, das Appartement mit Kühlschrank hatte eine Möglichkeit zum kochen, war aber spärlich eingerichtet.
An der Promenade gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele gute Restaurants und Bars zum frühstücken und Essen gehen.

Cons:

Direkt an das Hotel wird ein Neubau erstellt. Dadurch ist den ganzen Tag über unerträglicher Baulärm im Ganzen Haus zu hören. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Wasser, so dass wir am 2. Tag das Zimmer wechselten. Dort gab es warmes und kaltes Wasser. Internet war katastrophal, kaum Empfang.

1) QUE POR SE UNA PLAYA PUBLICA (PROGRESO), NO HAY SERVICIO DE SALVADIDAS Y/O GUARDAVIDAS. 2) EL ALZA DE PRECIOS POR PARTE DE ALGUNOS PUESTOS AMBULANTES. 3) QUE NO EXISTEN ANUNCIOS Y CESTOS DE BASURA, PARA QUE LOS TURISTAS Y VISITANTES QUE LES GUSTA TIRAR LA BASURA (CONDONES, BOTELLAS, DESECHABLES, ETC,), LOS DEPOSITEN Y NO CONTAMINEN LAS PLAYAS, 4) UN LETRERO QUE DIGA "VISITANTE, GRACIAS POR TU VISITA, PERO LLEVATE TU BASURA , NO CANTAMINES. GRACIAS"

A small pleasant hotel right on the beach. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the beach.
Pros:

A small friendly hotel directly on the beach. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that the cafe next door was playing its radio very loudly right outside our balcony, one of the staff immediately said he would contact the cafe and ask them to turn it down, which he promptly did. The suite had a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were too large and hard. And the bottom sheet on the bed seemed too small: it wouldn't stay tucked in and pulled out when we got into bed. Perhaps they might consider fitted bottom sheets.

Bonita experiencia, lo haría de nuevo!!

Bonita ubicación frente al malecón, bonitas instalaciones

Cons:

El área de la alberca es pequeña, sin embargo SI ES agradable. Llegué antes al check-in y no fue posible que nos recibieran antes, se entiende.

Buena estancia, solo mejoren el aislamiento del ruido de las habitaciones, molesta e incómoda

En general el hotel estuvo muy bien, la habitación fue limpia, amplia en su zona de comedor y habitación, el balcón esta increíble, muy amplio y con vista maravillosa al mar, la atención del personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, se escucha como golpean la pared y ruidos de cama, es molesto e incómodo, el baño quedo muy reducido, prácticamente tienes que meterte a la regadera para poder abrir la puerta del baño.
