Bom para famílias. Estacionamento caro.
Pros:

O hotel é amplo e os quartos são limpos todos os dias. Nao é exatamente na frente da praia, sendo necessário pegar um carro ou shuttle até lá. Parece bom para famílias.

Cons:

O estacionamento é caro e não está incluído no custo do hotel, sendo que não há opções de estacionamento público perto do hotel. As opções do café da manhã não variam com os dias, tornando-o monótono, desproporcional ao preço pago pelo hotel. Há apenas 2 opções de frutas frescas, por exemplo. O
Horário do café da manhã também é inflexível.

Pros:

the pool is constantly open which is nice for entertainment the room was very spacious and clean breakfast was great with many options and the parking was decent also very close to the beach.

Cons:

there could of been more fruits native to Hawaii in the breakfast selection and also could of made the time longer also the property is a bit old and the pool is very cold

Not bad, but room for improvement.
Pros:

3.5 out of 5 stars.

Nice location, very close to Wailea shops and within 5 minutes drive of a number of public beaches and restaurants. Staff was super friendly, with everything. Included breakfast was nice enough, and slightly changed every day (on 3 day rotation).

The negatives are that room refresh was only every 3rd day. Beds were not very comfortable and the carpets in rooms/hallways were a bit dirty. Washing machine had bit of rust where you would put your plates, which was a bit concerning. Landry was $3/load, as was for dryers. Detergent was not included either.

Overall not bad. We’d come here again, but there is room for improvement.

Cons:

Stove took forever to heat.
It got too hot at night. There were no fans and couldn’t fing the ac.
Toilet paper was such poor quality.
A couple of glass utensils were not cleaned properly that were in the cabinet.

Gorgeous views and awesome staff made my stay relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming! The shuttle drivers were very nice and fun! They would drop/pick me up anywhere in the Wailea area which is convenient if you didn't rent a car. The breakfast buffet area was clean and was always being restocked if anything ran out. Lastly, housekeeping did an awesome job by coming in every 3 days. The bed was done and bath towels were stocked as if nobody was utilizing the room.

Cons:

I had to push my door until I heard it click shut. The maintenance guy cane to fix it but, I still had that issue after he left. I hope this situation is fixed.

We had a great stay in Wailea. We were close enough to the beaches without having the chaos of so many tourists. Room was clean, breakfast was a great bonus and staff was friendly.

Pros:

Berlin and the rest of the staff were up to par on everything! Aside from housekeeping not showing up for one of the days, it was an incredible first time experience in Maui/Wailea.
