We loved everything g about stay here. The room, the pool, laundry, gym and location. The views are breathtaking and staff are so friendly. We could even check in early. My favourite thing is you do not need to fight for a spot at the pool.

Good location for a peaceful gateway.

Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnet Unterkunft, sauber, gut gelegen, freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunftsausstattung im Apartment lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstückbüffet ist ordentlich und bietet für alle etwas.

The hotel was clean, well kept, quiet, and very pretty. Our room was large, had a little patio and was quiet (we faced the parking lot). The buffet breakfast was very good with typical hot choices of eggs, sausage, waffles and oatmeal. There was plenty of fresh fruit, cold cereals and yogurt. It was a 15 min walk to a little grocery store in the shopping area near the Marriott Beach resort. We were out all day doing things so we did not need an ocean view or to stay at an oceanfront resort.

The parking price was ridiculous at $40/day but I just pretended it was part of the room cost. The total was still cheaper than a room at an oceanfront resort.

The hotel shuttle service for access to the local area worked great. The shuttle would not drop us off at a beach parking lot but took us to any of the resorts along the shore. From there we walked through the resort’s lobby down to the beach. We checked with the resort employees and they had no problem with us cutting through. It worked out where we could be dropped off at one resort, hang-out at the beach there then walk down the shore path to another beach for a while. A quick call to the shuttle and they picked us up from whatever resort we ended up at. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the shuttle.

* On our arrival, the check-in person was not very friendly. During our stay, most of the people were friendly, even if they couldn’t help. Our check-out person was great.
*Cleaning – freshing of room happens every day but bedding etc changed out every 3rd day.
*Room – I requested a high floor room but again we got a floor level. This happened at all the Marriotts I’ve reserved in HI… I was disappointed. Because we were on the bottom floor facing the basketball courts, the room was dark. The other person staying in the room could hear people going up the stairs. The room itself is a lot like other RI rooms. They did not have makeup remover packets or lotion in the bathrooms. (I’m used to not having shower caps.) They did not have a selection of tea, just English Breakfast. We did have a good set of towels. They also did not have enough dressers in the room. (They did have a luggage rack in the closet.) Cleaning of the room was surface on most days and this was fine; on some days they did a more thorough turnover of the linens and cleaning of the kitchen area. They had fewer pieces of equipment in the room than other RI that we have visited. Overall the room was comfortable.
*Breakfast & Food: This was pretty standard and actually just a little under-provided. There was no make your own waffle – instead they were just on a heated plate. On the other hand, they often had a blueberry compote or mango sauce and chocolate chips. Potatoes were not there and whole fruits (like apples and bananas) rotated but not a variety every day. They did have a vegetarian option of protein pieces in a nice spice and sauteed – these were good but not available every day. Tea and coffee were only at breakfast; whereas, at other RI locations, you can get tea and coffee all day. (Some locations even have apples or oranges out.) Other locations also seem to have things to eat during the week in the afternoon (like cookies, wine & cheese, etc).
*Workout room: They have the basic set of equipment. Someone keeps the room really clean. There are towels and antibiotic wipes. There’s no water provided.
*Other info: The hotel is actually quite far from many places and so a car helps. We didn’t try the bar but there was someone there working in the evenings. The pool looked clean and kept well and people seemed to be enjoying it, even on the rainiest of days.

A acomodação cobrou a diária em dobro em dois cartões diferentes e sequer me respondeu o e mail questionando tal fato. Irei judicializar a questão.

Stay away. Much better hotels with more pleasant manager of duty. No greeting and rude.

I continue to stay here because of the overall value and breakfast is included. It's conveniently located as well.

Chris at checkin / checkout rocked it. Friendly, couteous, efficient and quick. Ador at breakfast every morning with the rest of his team were always a welcoming smile and greeting ti start the day. 😉🤙✌️

O hotel é amplo e os quartos são limpos todos os dias. Nao é exatamente na frente da praia, sendo necessário pegar um carro ou shuttle até lá. Parece bom para famílias.

Nice rooms close to everything. Clean and comfortable.
