Pool ladder was broken injured my son
Cons:

We stayed in this hotel for one night only, when we went to the pool as soon as our son got in he got out screaming, he tore his foot on the pool from his foot finger down his skin cut horribly, the lifeguards have no fast response nor do they seem to have any first aid experience. He got ice while the boy bled on the towel. We ran to our car and went to the hospital. All they did was have a person call to check on us as we were in the emergency while my son got 6 stitches. Lastly, we came in the same lady came to speak to us. Thats it. Also, we wanted to leave asap and called for our luggage to be picked up and waited so long. Unfortunately, we wont be visiting this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it as they have no safety checks on the pool. The ladder being broken is a huge red flag. When my husband came to pick our stuff in the pool area he saw them fix the ladder. Also, the egyptian receptionist didnt ask what happened but assumed and said that when my son went in the pool the ladder broke right? And I told him no! when he got in it slit his foot it didnt brake when he went down.
