I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay, with the aim of improving the overall guest experience:
• The swimming pool was not ready for use. The basins were not clean, and the water temperature was extremely cold, with no proper attention given to heating it.
• There was a noticeable delay in delivering my car.
• Room service requests, including basic items such as water, were significantly delayed.
• The breakfast menu was quite average and did not meet expectations.
