Es war ein sehr schöner Empfang und Eingangsbereich alle waren sehr höflich.

Cons:

Von außen sah es nicht so ganz aus wie auf dem Foto irgendwie und es gab noch Baustellen also wäre die Umgebung bisschen schöner wäre das noch besser . Zimmer waren sauber das Bett sehr bequem .

Pros:

Al Habtoor Palace has become more than a hotel for me — it truly feels like a second home.
During my stay from March 12 to March 16, despite certain limitations, the team showed what real hospitality means. In times when things are not easy, they continue to deliver care, professionalism, and warmth at the highest level.
Special thanks to Satiem and his team at the entrance, concierge Stephen, Ameen, Asad, the reception team, Iljaz in the restaurant, and Shakoor with housekeeping, Manyu, Neveyh — people who go beyond service and create a genuine connection.
This is what makes a place unforgettable.
