Cons:

I had a very bad experience using the concierge to book an excursion!
The hotel should check their operating tours that they recommend and book for the guests.
I expected to recieve an apology from the management hotel when I raised this issue.
I have stayed in Alhaptor group hotel number time in Dubai and I expected more from the management.

Al Habtoor Palace 5 stars
Pros:

I loved that it was very classic and it was a palace like hotel. It was comfortable and it was located in a perfect area for us . I also liked that they decorated our room wonderfully for my mums 70th birthday. This was an experience i will never forget.
