Cons:

I had a very bad experience using the concierge to book an excursion!
The hotel should check their operating tours that they recommend and book for the guests.
I expected to recieve an apology from the management hotel when I raised this issue.
I have stayed in Alhaptor group hotel number time in Dubai and I expected more from the management.
